Set in a relaxed natural setting, BIG4 Emu Beach Holiday Park is the ideal holiday spot just 10 minutes from Albany's centre in Western Australia. This fantastic caravan park, framed by native peppermint trees and just steps from the beach, offers spacious powered and unpowered sites alongside a range of modern accommodation options. It’s the perfect base for exploring the area. In 2023, we launched an exciting kids' splash park* featuring water slides and a giant tipping bucket, along with a new jumping pillow and a Rec Room that includes a Kids Club room and guest lounge. We also added 10 beautiful new 2-bedroom Deluxe Villas, each accommodating up to 6 guests, with one designed for wheelchair access. What are you waiting for? Great facilities and location especially with young children
Had a great recent stay at Big4 Emu Point. Room was clean, staff were friendly and nice. Would def come back. Kids loved the splash park! highly recommend!

Luke Shuttleworth & Geoff Green

Luke Shuttleworth and his family purchased the park in July 2014. Since then Luke, with the help of his dad, a team of reliable staff including manager Geoff, and some mates pitching in, have given the park a massive face lift with still more to come in future years.
