By providing your personal information, you agree that it will be used and disclosed by BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd ABN 50 006 437 038 and its related entities and affiliates, including its parks operating as franchisees (collectively BIG4, we, us or our) in accordance with this statement and our Privacy Policy, available at www.big4.com.au/privacy-policy. If you do not agree, you must not provide your personal information, and we may not be able to communicate with you or provide certain products or services to you.

We may disclose your personal information to other parties, including to our Parks (BIG4 Holiday Parks and website partner parks) to verify your membership details, confirm an accommodation booking, Gift Voucher or prize and to provide you with services, and to third parties who provide products and services to us or through us in the ordinary operation, administration or promotion of our business and otherwise in accordance with our Privacy Policy. From time to time, these third parties may be located (and therefore your personal information may be disclosed) overseas, including the United States and New Zealand.

While we take steps to remove obviously identifiable information like phone numbers and email addresses from queries, the information that you submit via chat messages to our AI Chatbot ‘Ranger Ray’ (which uses OpenAI's model) may also be used by OpenAI in accordance with its own privacy policy at https://openai.com/en-GB/policies/privacy-policy/. OpenAI will receive your chat messages with the Chatbot but will not use any other personal information about you; instead it accesses BIG4's general information resources such as information from our website about our membership types, FAQs, and BIG4 Holiday Park details. 

Unless you use one of the methods we make available to you to opt-out, by providing your information to us including signing up to a new Perks+ Membership, you agree that we may use and disclose your personal information for direct marketing purposes (including via device Push Notifications, if you download our digital Membership Card, and via email and SMS/MMS). You can opt out at any time in accordance with our Privacy Policy or by visiting our Preference centre. 

For members who download the digital Membership Card, if when you download the card you are currently signed up to receive any of BIG4's marketing/promotional communications, you will also receive our marketing/promotional Push Notifications. You can change this at any time: see the 'card details' in your device's wallet, or visit our Preference centre.  

Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you may access and seek correction of your personal information, how you may complain about a breach of your privacy, and how we will deal with that complaint.
