• Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
• If notice of your cancellation is received within 72 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
• Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay

Deal Bookings (Stay 3 Pay 2 / Stay 4 Pay 3)

• Minimum nights apply
• Non-Refundable credit card pre-payment is required for entire stay at the time of booking.
• Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended or adjusted after booking.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
• Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder’s name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
• No other discounts apply to this rate.
• Offer is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

Bookings Staying (24th - 29th March 2027)

• Modifications to bookings are allowed up to 1st March 2027 without penalty
• Modifications to bookings from 1st Match 2027 will attract a 100% fee of any monies paid
• Cancellations made to bookings are allowed up to 1st March 2027 without penalty
• Cancellations made to bookings from 1st Match 2027 will attract a 100% cancellation fee
• Refunds are not offered for reduction in nights stayed due to changes in weather.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Booking must be made under the name of person attending the park
• Total occupant numbers must be listed on the reservation.
• All attempts to accommodate room / site requests will be made however we cannot guarantee a specific room or site.

• First night is payable at the time of booking.
• Total stay cost to be paid 72 hours prior to arrival.
• Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

Bookings Staying (24th - 29th March 2027)

• 1 Night Deposit is to be paid at time of booking
• 50% of total stay cost is due by 1 November 2026
• 100% of total stay cost is due by 1 March 2027

If you are unable to meet the deposit due dates, you must contact the park to make alternate arrangements. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and forfeiture of any money paid. We will make every attempt to assist you.

BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks - Racecourse Beach allow pets/dogs in selected cabins, excluding, school holidays, long weekends, and between 20th December and 30th January.

With the comfort and well-being of all our guests in mind, our park a standard set of rules for guests who wish to bring their dog/pet on holidays. Guests travelling with dog/pets are required to contact our Park directly in advance and apply to bring their dog/pet with them on their stay.

• A $20.00 nightly fee applies for each dog/pet.
• Upon arrival it is the managers' discretion as to accept and welcome the dog/pet into our Park. Upon acceptance by the Park Manager, the dog/pet owner must then agree to and sign the standard 'BIG4 Dog/Pet Policy Dog/Pet Owner Agreement' document.
• The dog/pet must be leashed at all times whilst not in your van or tent. No exceptions.
• A leash must be no more than two metres in length. This includes no dog/pet 'runs' to be set up by dog/pet owners.
• For health and safety reasons dog/pets are not allowed in any common areas of the park including: decks, camp kitchen, amenities, playground, reception or any public areas.
• Dog/pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog/pets waste in a sealed 'doggy do' plastic bag and disposed of in rubbish bins.
• For health and safety reasons dog/pets must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the Park. Additionally, any dog/pet related accessories such as pet blankets etc should not be washed or cleaned within the Park.
• Dog/pet owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their dog/pet.
• The dog/pet owner must agree that the Park owner/manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog/pet is deemed noisy, disruptive and aggressive or the subject of complaints from other guests.
• It is the dog/pet owner's responsibility and the dog/pet owner's alone to control and manage their dog/pet. If in the view of the Park management this has not happened to an acceptable level, the owner and the dog/pet may be evicted from the park, without prior warning, immediately at the manager's discretion.

GROUP BOOKINGS

Group bookings are the responsibility of the person making the booking or the person whose surname is used as the group contact. Any misconduct by one or more members of the group may lead to early eviction of the entire group without refund.

RECEPTION HOURS:

• Reception hours vary during certain periods of the year. Normal reception hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm. Guests arriving outside these hours should contact the park reception during the above hours to make alternate arrangements.
• Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation.
• A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check-in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card.
• Additional fees applies to persons 3 years and over who are staying on sites. There is no charge for children 2 years and under.
• A day visitor fee applies to all visitors wishing to visit guests in the park. Guests and day visitors will be required to wear a wristband whilst in the park.
• With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, pets are not permitted.
• Check-out time is 9.30am for all accommodation and 10.00am for sites. Late check-outs may be arranged at an additional charge where available.
• Check-in time starts from 2.30pm for all accommodation and 1.00pm for sites.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

• Not be the person named on the booking request.
• Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use that card.
• Not be able to pay for any damages.
• May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
• May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
• Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
• Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.

We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way: causing damage: disturbing other guests: using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking park rules.

No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
