This scenic wetland is a favorite among locals and visitors alike, offering the picturesque Arthur Mann Scenic Walk, a one-kilometre loop perfect for birdwatching and leisurely strolls.

The facilities in the wetlands include public toilets, barbecue areas, children's playground and skate park. Swimming is not permitted in Lake King, but the Rutherglen Swimming Pool nearby is open during summer for a refreshing dip.
