Non Peak – Refunds may only be available for cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the booking arrival.
Peak – Refunds will only be available for cancellations made 30 days in advance of the booking arrival. Including Christmas School Holidays, Australia Day, Labor Day Weekend, Kings Birthday Weekend, Easter Holidays, Grand Final Eve Public Holiday, Melbourne Cup Weekend and all School Term Holidays. This also includes any other dates that management at its discretion deems as “Peak.”
A cancellation fee of $25.00 (AUD) will apply to all bookings.
Park Management reserves the right to relocate or cancel any booking at its discretion.
