Daylesford Holiday Park

• All cancellations incur a $20.00 administration fee.
• There will be NO REFUNDS for any cancellations within 14 days of arrival date during our non-peak periods and NO REFUNDS for any cancellations within 30 days of arrival date during our peak periods. (All third-party bookings will adhere to the booking terms and conditions.)
• Peak season is any long weekend, school holiday, Easter and Christmas or Special Events.
• Once the site or accommodation has been occupied, no refund or transfer is available.

• All reservations require full payment at the time of booking.

Daylesford Holiday Park is a pet-friendly caravan park. Pets are permitted on all sites and in pet friendly designated accommodation units only. A $200 Cleaning fee will be charged if pets are found in non-designated accommodation units.

Pets are welcome in the park and we have designated "Bark Royal" pet-friendly accommodation.

Park Management has developed the following rules with pet owners to ensure the safety and comfort of all Park guests (including your pet).

• Pets must be kept on leads that are secured or held at all times.
• Droppings must be cleaned up IMMEDIATELY, tied up in a plastic bag, and placed in a bin.
• Pets are not to be left in the park without their owners (tied up or otherwise).
• Noise must be kept to a minimum and pets MUST be kept quiet at night and early morning.
• STRICTLY no pets allowed in the Amenities Block AT ANY TIME - Assistance Dogs accepted of course.
• Cats are to be secured in your van or tent by dusk and must have a bell on their collar.
• Pet owners agree to accept full liability for any personal injury or damages caused by their pet (directly or indirectly) whilst in the confines of Daylesford Holiday Park and agree to pay for any claims of compensation in relation to their pet or pets’ activities and actions.
• All visitors staying with pets will abide by these conditions at all times whilst in the Park.
• Management reserves the right to terminate your stay in the event of failure to comply (no refunds).

• Please note that whilst every effort is made to accommodate your preferred site or cabin number, they are not guaranteed.
• All cabins have a self-contained kitchen/kitchenette with fridge, microwave and cooking facilities along with a colour television, heater, cutlery, crockery.
• Master bedroom beds are supplied with linen and bedding which includes towels. There are additional costs for extra bed linen and towels.
• Bookings are 2-night minimum on any weekend and minimum booking long weekends and holidays.
• Should the number of people vary, the tariff may alter. Additional fees are applicable for day and overnight visitors. Please ensure if you are having visitors that they register at the office on arrival.
• Parking: Each cabin has a driveway with space for one car. A second vehicle can be parked in our visitor’s car park. Each site fee allows for one car per site.

BOOKING POLICY

• Site fees cover a caravan and annexe or one tent per site. No teenagers to remain on site/unit without parental supervision.
• Tents cannot be erected around accommodation units.
• Day Visitors are welcome between 9.00am and 9.00pm and all visitors must register at the office on arrival. Visitor’s cars are not permitted through to accommodation or sites.
• Overnight Visitors: Fees are applicable, and visitors must register at the office on arrival. All accommodation and sites: $20 per night.
• Fires & BBQs: BBQs or heaters that require an open flame source e.g. heat beads or any other type of outdoor heating is not permitted. Campers using gas barbecues should familiarise themselves with summer fire regulations. BBQs are not permitted to be lit on the decks of the accommodation units.
• A complimentary welcome kit of tea, coffee, sugar, bin liner and toilet roll are provided in the accommodation.
• We have free wireless internet available. Please see reception for details.
• All accommodation, amenities buildings and playground areas in the park grounds are strictly non-smoking. A $200 cleaning and deodorising fee will apply to all guests found smoking in cabin accommodation. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if dishes are not washed and placed on the drying rack prior to departure.
