• If a booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned arrival, it must be done so in writing to receive a full refund minus a $30 administration fee.
• If a booking is cancelled 7 to 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, it must be done so in writing. It should be noted that 50% of the booking total will be charged as a cancellation fee, with the other 50% refunded.
• If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of the planned arrival date, it must be done so in writing and will incur a 100% cancellation fee (the total of all monies paid).
• For a no show on the day of planned arrival, all monies will be forfeited.
• Cancellations made due to poor or less-than-ideal weather, are not entitled to a refund or a change of dates.
• There will be no refunds for guests that elect to depart early.

Our park is pet friendly and any visit by you or your pet is subject to the following conditions:

• You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet.
• Your dog must be kept on a leash at all times when on park property.
• Any evidence of dogs inside other cabins will incur an additional cleaning fee of $100.00.
• Any disturbances such as barking must be kept to an absolute minimum to ensure that other guests are not inconvenienced.
• With the exception of guide dogs, all other dogs are not allowed in any of our non-pet friendly accommodation or facilities such as Amenities, Camp Kitchen and Laundry.
• You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your dog. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Southern Cross Parks and its entities, its owners and operators, from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your dog.
• Pets are allowed in designated pet friendly cabins only. These cabins are subject to availability, so please ring the park directly to enquire about this accommodation option.
• Pets are not allowed inside or outside any other cabins at any time. All ensuite and powered sites are pet friendly.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
