Early Bird:

• If the notice of your cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival, deposits paid are non-refundable.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The deposit amount may change based on the tariff type selected. See terms and conditions of tariff types in Changes and Cancellations.

Rates are structured on a per day basis for up to two adults. Extra charges apply for additional guests staying.

We welcome guests with dogs on selected sites and cabins at this park. To provide for your comfort and the comfort of our other guests, we have implemented the following conditions in regard to your occupancy on dog friendly sites.

Your pet friendly stay

• Guests must read and abide by the terms of this Pet Policy.
• All decisions regarding pets are at the Park Manager’s discretion.
• Blackout dates apply during popular periods and vary by park. Visit the page for your park of choice to see dates.
• All pets must be listed on the booking and reflected in the booking confirmation. Only pets included in the booking will be allowed on the premises, and the number of pets must match the details provided to ensure the price quoted remains accurate.
• Guests must accept full responsibility and indemnify the Park Manager/owner for any claims by (or injuries to) third parties or their property caused by or as a result of actions by their pet(s).
• Guests shall be liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet(s) and shall pay the park immediately for any costs incurred. Note: A minimum $200 cleaning charge may apply if a cabin has been soiled.
• All pets must be council registered and checked in at reception on arrival.
• Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly cabins and sites.
• Pets must never be left unattended and must be on a secure leash at all times when you are not in your tent or caravan.
• Pets must not interfere with other guests’ and residents’ quiet enjoyment: barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time and will result in instant departure, without refund of site/cabin fees.
• For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in any communal areas or park facilities under any circumstances. This includes (but is not limited to) amenity blocks, camp kitchens, pools, splash parks, playgrounds and lagoon areas.
• Pets may only be walked on park roadways.
• Owners are responsible for disposing of all pet waste appropriately.
• Guests are encouraged to bring their dog’s bedding.

Park discretion applies, and;

• All dog droppings must be cleaned up immediately. Failure to comply may result in a cleaning charge. Management reserves the right of admission and may refuse or cancel accommodation at its discretion.
• Only selected Ensuite Cabins (Quick Stay) are available for pets (Cabins 6,7,8,9, & 10), see park map.
• Dog must have a current registration and vaccination certificate(s), which must be sited to park management on request.
• Only guests who are staying with us on a powered site, unpowered site or cabin accommodation will be able to register their dog. No visitors or other public members dogs are permitted in the park at any time.
• Dog must be healthy and clean at all times during its stay.
• Dog must not be on the dangerous dogs list.
• Only one dog is permitted for each accommodation site or cabin. More than one dog is at the discretion of the park manager.
• Washing/Drying of dog or bedding etc. within the park laundry is not permitted.
• BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Wagga Wagga will not be held responsible for a pet falling ill whilst in the park due to illness or injury.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
