Cancellations must be provided in writing and emailed to the specific park.

High & Peak Seasons:
Free cancellation period up to 15 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 14 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the total booking tariff.

Low & Shoulder Seasons:
Free cancellation period up to 6 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations within 5 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the total booking tariff.

Special Offers:
All special offer rates are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Cancellations due to exceptional circumstances will be taken into consideration.

PLEASE NOTE: Booking alterations include date changes, reduction in nights and reduction in guests. These fall under the same rule as a cancellation and must be amended prior to the free cancellation period.

High & Peak Seasons:
A deposit of 25% of the total booking tariff is payable at time of booking to confirm the reservation. Final balance is payable 14 days, prior to the arrival date. Please note: All one-night bookings require full payment at the time of booking.

Low & Shoulder Seasons:
A deposit equivalent to the first night’s booking tariff is payable at time of booking to confirm the reservation. Final balance is payable 5 days, prior to the arrival date. Please note: All one-night bookings require full payment at the time of booking.

Special Offers:
A deposit of 100% of the total booking tariff is required to confirm the reservation.

Visitors who stay overnight will attract a fee depending on the time of year and accommodation type.

Dogs are welcome on application at time of booking for sites at Manager's discretion in OFF-PEAK SEASON only (outside of school holidays and long weekends). Please contact us directly to discuss your pet and travel needs.

Dogs Welcome on Sites and Selected Cabin Accommodation*

• Bookings for dog-friendly accommodation are only accepted by directly phoning the park. No online bookings available at this time. Please call our friendly reservations team on 02 6559 2967 to register your dog with your booking.
• When you arrive at our park for your stay, you will be required to sign an agreement which outlines the rules relating to your stay at our park. Dogs will be welcomed at the managers’ discretion.
• The dog must be leashed at all times whilst not in your van, tent or specific pet-friendly designated cabin. A leash must be no more than 2 metres in length. The only exception to being off leash is if you have a secure enclosed area for your pet within your caravan, annex or site. This will be strictly enforced.
• With the exception of our specific pet-friendly designated cabins, pets are NOT allowed into any other park accommodation.
• No pet is to be left unattended at anytime. The dog must be supervised at all times and never left unattended including inside a tent, van or specific pet-friendly designated cabin. Take your pet with you whenever you leave the Park. Boarding kennels are available nearby for a small fee if needed.
• For health and safety reasons dogs are not allowed in any common areas of the park including pool areas, games rooms, camp kitchens, amenities, playgrounds, reception or any public areas.
• For health and safety reasons dogs must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the park other than the designated dog-wash area. Additionally, any dog related accessories such as dog blankets etc should not be washed or cleaned within the park.
• Dog owners are personally responsible and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their dog whilst in our park and reserve areas.
• The dog owner must agree that the park owner/manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive and aggressive or the subject of complaints from other guests. It is the dog owner’s responsibility and the dog owners alone to control and manage their dog. If in the view of the park management this has not happened to an acceptable level the owner and the dog may be evicted from the park, without prior warning, immediately at the manager’s discretion.
• Dogs may only be walked in the designated areas of the park. Dogs are not to be walked around the park, including exiting the park except via a designated route. The walking track where dogs are permitted to walk is the paddock at the rear of the park.
• Dog owners are 100% responsible for immediately picking up and disposing of their dog's or pet's waste. Waste bags are provided at various locations throughout the Park
• Please do not allow your pet to urinate or defecate on any other guest's site or property.
• Pets visiting our Park should have valid vaccination certificates and be free from fleas
• Pets on site bookings do not incur additional charges. Pet-friendly cabins incur an additional $15 per night.

Pet owners who fail to be respectful of these rules will be asked to leave the Park. We hope you and your dog enjoy your stay at BIG4 Happy Hallidays and thank you for your co-operation.

All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the following Terms & Conditions and House Rules. On check-in, you may also be required to verify your identity with photographic identification.

1. Premises are let for short term/ holiday purposes only for the agreed period and at the agreed nightly or weekly rate subject to subsequent change as agreed by the parties.
2. The premises are available from 2.00pm and generally NOT BEFORE on the day of arrival and are to be vacated at 10.00am SHARP on the day of departure. The purpose of these strict times is to allow the necessary time to clean the premises. Please consider your fellow incoming/outgoing holiday occupants. We may consider requests for early arrival or late checkout if available. (ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES WILL VARY PER PROPERTY)
3. We’re happy to welcome pets at many of our parks, because we know they’re part of the family too. Some parks, sites and accommodation types are not pet-friendly, so please check with the park directly before booking to confirm their specific policy. 
4. All accommodation is smoke-free.
5. Additional costs will be applied to your account in the event of damage to the room or contents, evidence of smoking, pets being inside of non-pet friendly accommodation or excessively dirty room on departure. These costs may be charged to your credit card or payable in person at our discretion.
6. The maximum number of persons permitted to occupy the booked premises will form part of the booking contract and will be nominated when you make your booking. Persons found occupying the premises over and above the number on the booking may give rise to an additional fee or early termination for breach. 
7. All damage, breakages, or losses to the property and/or furniture/furnishings are to be reported to the reception and paid for immediately. All furnishings and equipment must be left in the premises as originally found. Damage not paid for will be charged to your card without notice.
8. Pre-Authorisation/Security Deposit (Bond) for accommodation: A valid Visa or MasterCard is required on check-in. A pre-authorised payment may be taken from your card and held as a security deposit for damages, excessive cleaning, or extra charges. The pre-authorisation/security bond varies depending on accommodation type booked. Bonds may apply on hired items. All security deposits will be refundable upon check-out after an inspection has been carried out, less any additional charges. Depending on your bank and processing times, it may take a few days for the security deposit to return to your card.
9. All accommodation is for short term tourist purposes, and by confirming this booking I/we acknowledge that we are not using it for residential purposes. 
10. Functions and parties on the premises are not permitted without prior approval from park management. We want every guest to enjoy a relaxed and comfortable stay, so we reserve the right to end your occupancy immediately if you cause damage, nuisance or disruption to other guests, neighbours or the park. 
11. Unless stated within the property description, all premises (other than camping and caravan sites) are self-contained and generally includes linen for the main bedroom, some accommodation options do not include linen. Additional linen is available for hire.
12. No responsibility is taken for guests' personal property left on the premises. A handling fee of $15.00 plus postage will be charged when guests request lost property to be returned by post.
13. With telephone or postal bookings, any printed, written, or verbal description of the premises by the agent or an employee is made in good faith. No responsibility for discrepancies will be accepted. Please choose your property carefully using the information provided on our comprehensive websites. There is no provision to change properties on your arrival if you are unhappy with your choice.
14. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of any accommodation keys. Guests requiring a key from the park manager after office hours will be charged a service fee of $55.00.
15. Parking is generally available for one vehicle only, unless prior arrangements have been made. Please park in your designated space. Extra vehicles, boats, trailers or similar items may be accommodated elsewhere in the park, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.
16. Electric vehicles must only be charged from approved external power points. Charging from inside buildings is not permitted. All electric vehicles, including e-bikes and e-scooters, must follow the park’s traffic conditions and be used safely and responsibly at all times.
17. No refunds or credits for early departures.
18. Management wishes to warn guests and other persons who engage in recreational activity, with the holiday park, that the pursuit of such activities may result in harm or personal injury. All persons who engage in a recreational activity do so at their own risk.
19. Guests agree to abide by any House Rules posted in any cabin, camp kitchen or recreational area and must supervise and ensure their children comply with such rules.
20. Any payments made by card (in park) may be subject up to 1.5% credit card surcharge.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
