Cancellation Policy

Low-Season Bookings
For bookings that fall within low-season dates, guests may change their booking dates or request a credit valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation, provided the request is made at least 14 days prior to arrival.

• No change or credit fees apply.
• Any difference in booking value must be paid by the guest.

If a guest cancels within 28 days prior to arrival (and the booking is still within the permitted low-season cancellation window), a refund will be issued minus the applicable cancellation fee

High-Season and Mid-Season Bookings - Including School Holidays, Public Holiday Long Weekends, Christmas/New Year & Easter
For bookings that fall within High or Mid-Season dates:

• Cancellations made more than 28 days prior to arrival will be refunded minus one night’s tariff as a cancellation fee.
• No refunds or credits are available for cancellations made within 28 days prior to arrival.

Booking Amendments
A $40 administration fee may apply to any booking changes.

No refunds for no shows, late arrivals, early departures or inclement weather. No refunds for guests ejected from the park for contravening park rules. Charges may apply for any damage caused.

Accommodation (Chalets/Cabins) - A credit card payment for 100% of the amount of your stay is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. Booking confirmation is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully debited from your credit card.

Sites (Powered/Unpowered) - A credit card payment for 100% of the amount of your stay is required at the time of booking. The Park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email address supplied. Booking confirmation is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully debited from your credit card.

All tariffs are based on two people; additional charges apply for extras. Children are aged 2-12.

Dogs are family too; therefore, we are more than happy to welcome your furry family member to the park. BIG4 Denmark Ocean Beach Holiday Park is the ideal location to bring your fur friend, with a dog friendly beach located across the road with many walking paths in the area.

Please note that all bookings with dogs are to be pre-approved, and the pet policy needs to be signed and returned, prior to your stay. Please read all guidelines below carefully. Dog owners must contact us prior to arrival to apply to have their dog accepted at the park - 08 9848 1105.

Dog Friendly Chalets and Cabins
Dogs are welcome all year around in select accommodation - pre-approval is required.
As sanitising services are required for dog bookings, please call the office on 08 98481105 to discuss this additional charge ($80 for up to 2 animals) flat rate and to verify our pet policy.
All dog bookings must be made prior to arrival. We do allow the dog/s to go inside the accommodation; however they are not allowed on furniture or in the bedrooms.

Dog Friendly Sites
Dogs are welcome all year round on powered and unpowered sites - pre-approval is required. During all low, mid and high season periods, including all school holidays and long weekends, a pet fee of ($15 per animal) flat rate is required for all bookings, please call the office on 08 9848 1105 to discuss this additional charge and to verify our pet policy.

Guidelines
In order to ensure the comfort, enjoyment and safety of all guests staying with us we have established a clear set of guidelines to ensure that all dog owners take responsibility in regard to the actions and behaviour of their dogs.

Please be aware that if you fail to adhere to the below rules, you will be asked to leave the park immediately without a refund.

• Dogs must be registered.
• Max of two dogs are allowed per site or Chalet/Cabin.
• The dog must be leashed at all times while not in your van, tent or chalet/cabin.
• The dog must be supervised at all times and never left unattended including inside a tent, van or chalet/cabin.
• Dogs are not allowed in any common areas of the park including camp kitchens and amenities blocks.
• Dogs and any dog related accessories are not to be washed in the Park.
• Dogs can be exercised at our pet friendly beach 100m away.
• Dog owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog's waste.
• Dog owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their dog.
• Dogs are not to chase any form of wildlife, if found doing so you will be asked to leave the park.
• Dogs are accepted at managers discretion and some breeds may not be accepted.

Management reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, aggressive or is the subject of complaints from other guests.

By booking with a pet, you are agreeing to these pets' terms and conditions and the dog policy agreement between yourself and the BIG4 Denmark Ocean Beach Holiday Park.

Reception hours: 8am to 5pm.
Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the park for confirmation. A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. A minimum stay of nights applies during high season, a minimum stay of 4 nights applies at Easter, a minimum of 3 nights on long weekends and a minimum of 1 nights on other weekends.

Adults rates apply to persons above 12 years. Children rates apply to guests aged 2 to 12 years. There is no charge for children under 2 years. Limit up to 6 persons to a site (conditions apply).
 
Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge where available.
Check in time is from 3pm.

Afterhours contact: In case of an in-park emergency please call 08 9848 1105 and follow the prompts, you will be put through to the manager.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
