Any changes to reservations or cancellations may incur an administration fee of $25.00. All cancellations must be made directly with the park in writing. Upon cancellation, monies paid can be credited to a client account for future stays. Any money transferred for future stays at the parks will only be valid for 12 months from the original reservation date. No credit or refund will be available for early departures or cancellations once arrived. A credit cannot be exchanged for a refund

• Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, will receive a full refund of monies paid minus any booking or administration fees.
• Cancellations made within 14 days from the reservation surrender the deposit. Any remaining monies can be refunded or applied to a client account.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, surrender all monies paid.

School Holidays*, Long Weekends*, Special Events*

• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival from the reservation surrender the deposit. Any remaining monies can be refunded or applied to a client account.
• Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be forfeited if cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival.

• 29th May to 31st May 2026
• 3rd July to 18th July 2026
• 25th September to 10th October 2026
• 5th November – 10th November 2026
• 11th December 2026 to 30th January 2027
• 25th February 2027 to 1st March 2027
• 25th March to 29th March 2027
• 9th April to 25th April 2027
• 4th June to 6th June 2027
• 2nd July to 18th July 2027

Non-refundable Tariff

• Full payment on booking. No refunds or changes to bookings are accepted.

• Deposit is required at time of making a reservation.

• Prices are subject to availability and fluctuations may occur. The day’s best available rate will be offered at time of booking. Once you have made a reservation, you have agreed to and are locked into the day’s best available rate and our Terms & Conditions.
• Your tariff is confirmed for the number of guests as per your reservation. Additional charges may apply for extra guests. If you exceed the maximum number of people available for the style of accommodation, including infants, children and adults, your booking will be forfeited on arrival.
• Minimum nights stays apply at all times of year. Once a booking is made, bookings cannot be reduced below the minimum night stay applicable at the time of booking. We do not apply refunds for early departures.
• At check in an imprint of a valid credit card must be provided as security for any incidental costs; including but not limited to: damage associated with the room / resort facilities; any and all equipment hire and Pet Policy Bond.

We understand your furry friends are a part of the family and we welcome them whenever we can.

We aim to ensure the comfort, enjoyment and safety of our park facilities for all patrons. Thus, entry is conditional upon the pet owner’s preparedness to abide by the requirements outlined below.

Pets are allowed at our park while you are travelling in your own caravan or camper. Pets must be on a leash at all times whilst in the park and any droppings must be bagged and placed in the rubbish bin. At no time is the pet allowed in the camp kitchen or any other park building.

Unfortunately, we do not allow guests to have pets with them while staying in our cabins or onsite vans. Pets are only permitted on Caravan and Camping sites by prior arrangement.

We do NOT allow pets in any of our accommodation.

Our biggest concern with pet owners:
• Adhering to our pet policy.
• Picking up their pets poo.
• Keeping their pets on a leash.
• Leaving their pets unattended.
• Not respecting other guests or our staff.

So we can continue to take pets on sites please carefully read this document.
• Pet owners are to respect the Park and all its guests and staff.
• Do not leave your pet unattended on the site at any time.
• Consider other guests by keeping your pet quiet at all times.
• Pick up after your pet and leave the site clean for the next guest and pet.
• Pets must be on a short leash at all times no more than 2 metres in length.
• No pets in any buildings, reception, common areas or campers kitchen.
• No washing of pet’s bedding or accessories in our laundry sinks or washing machines.
• No pets in any accommodation at any time, including tied to or onto the verandahs.
• Please exercise your pet out of the park.
• Assistance animals: When making a booking, documentation showing that the assistance animal is qualified, accredited, and serving the person they are travelling with must be provided before arrival. During your stay at Bridgetown Caravan Park the assistance animal will be required to wear its jacket or other visible identification with branding from the organisation that qualified it, while in public spaces.
• Management reserves the right to terminate occupancy (NO REFUNDS) where breaches of the pet policy occur.

We strongly advise travel insurance for all your holiday bookings to meet your personal requirements in respect to personal injury, illness, employment changes or weather conditions.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
