Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full (less a $30 booking fee). In the event of a one night stay on a site, full payment will be forfeited. Bookings cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to the arrival date 50% of the full payment will be deducted. Where bookings are cancelled less than 15 days the deposit is forfeited. Cancellation of bookings for Christmas, Easter, School Holidays and Long weekends with less than 30 days notice will forfeit the full payment. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the deposit. No refund for early departure or inclement weather. Bookings can be moved without penalty at the Managers discretion.

We know that pets are family too, and therefore we are more than happy to welcome your family member to the park. BIG4 Dongara Denison Beach Holiday Park (BIG4 DDBHP) is the ideal location to bring your furry friend, with a beautiful dog friendly beach close by.

Pets are welcome at BIG4 DDBHP and dogs only are welcome in selected accommodation. All reservations are subject to the Managers approval.

Please note that all bookings with pets are to be made directly with BIG4 DDBHP. Please read our guidelines below carefully. Pet owners must contact us prior to arrival to apply to have their pet accepted in the park.

Dog Friendly Chalet and Cabin
Fido is welcome at BIG4 Dongara Denison Beach Holiday Park in selected accommodation subject to Management approval. One dog is permitted in the accommodation.

We’ve allocated a few units for your fur baby. Sanitising services and a $250.00 bond are required for Guests staying in accommodation with their dog.

Please call us direct to discuss this additional charge and verify the BIG4 DDBHP pet policy.

We allow the dog to go inside the unit, however they are not allowed on furniture or in the bedrooms.
Dogs must be on a leash whilst on the balcony and the leash must restrict the dog to the balcony area only.

Pet Friendly Sites
On arrival your Pet will need to be registered, and a refundable $50.00 pet bond will apply.

Guidelines
In order to ensure the comfort, wellbeing, enjoyment and safety of all Guests and pets staying at BIG4 DDBHP, we have established a clear set of guidelines to ensure that all pet owners take responsibility in regards to the actions and behaviour of their pets
Management reserves the right to evict any guests whose pet is deemed noisy, disruptive, aggressive or is the subject of complaints from other guests. Please be aware that if you fail to adhere to the above rules you will be asked to leave the park immediately without notice, refund or bond return.

• Dogs and cats must be registered, microchipped and de sexed.
• The pet must be leashed (leash must be no more than 2 metres in length) at all times while not in your van, tent or chalet/cabin.
• Pets are to be exercised outside the Park.
• The pet must be supervised by an adult at all times and never left unattended including inside a tent, van or chalet/cabin or any vehicle.
• Pets are not allowed in any common areas of the park including BBQ areas, camp kitchen, amenities, reception or any public areas.
• Pets and any pet related accessories, cannot be washed or cleaned within the Park.
• Pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog's waste.
• Pet owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their pet.
• Pets are accepted at the Managers discretion and some breeds and pets will not be accepted.
• Upon arrival at the park, the pet’s acceptance will be at the Park Manager’s discretion.
• Upon acceptance by the Park Manager, the pet owner must then agree to and sign the standard ‘BIG4 DDBHP Pet Policy Pet Owner Agreement’ form.
• It will not be possible under such rules to book with a pet on BIG4.com.au

What to bring
BIG4 DDBHP is located a short distance from the shops of Dongara/Port Denison, so stocking up on supplies when you arrive should not be a problem. If your dog has special dietary requirements, or eats a particular food, we recommend that you bring that with you.
Bring bedding, toys and food/water bowls that are familiar for your dog. This can help them to settle into their new surroundings. We will supply you with a number of pooch bags on arrival, but please ensure you have your own supply as you will need to clean up after.

Damage / Theft

A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check-in. Any damage or theft caused may be charged against that card.

Minimum Stay

A minimum of [4] four nights at Easter and a minimum of [3] three nights on long weekends.

Rates / Tariffs

Rates and tariffs are based on 2 people. Adult rates apply to persons above 16 years. Children's rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years. There is no charge for children under 2 years. Bookings made in advance may be subject to a tariff change without notification.

Special Requests

Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking.

Right of Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

• Not be the person named on the booking request.
• Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.
• Not be able to pay for any charges.
• May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.
• May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.
• Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
• Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.

We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.

Visitors are welcome however need to park outside the park and leave by 10pm.

Subletting of Accommodation

Accommodation/sites are provided to the booking party for the guest(s) as named on the booking. Accommodation must not be sublet or resold by the booking party for commercial gain without our prior written consent. Genuine group bookings are not affected.

Liability

You are solely responsible for your own belongings and We are under no obligation to replace or compensate, nor shall We be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of Your property being lost, stolen or damaged.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We will not be held responsible or liable in for any accident, direct or indirect loss including but not limited to loss suffered to property or person, damage, fatality, injury, psychological injury, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or health related issue whatsoever during your stay at BIG4 Dongara Denison Beach Holiday Park. You agree to fully and finally release and discharge Us from any liability, claim, action, right or entitlement whatsoever You have against Us whether known or unknown, whether accrued, contingent or inchoate arising out of, concerning or relating to your stay

If a condition or warranty cannot be excluded at law then You agree to the fullest extent permitted by law that Our liability for a breach of the condition or warranty shall be, at Our sole election, the re-supply or payment of the cost of re-supply of the relevant goods or services. All other conditions and/or warranties are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law

You, or if under the age of 16, Your parents or legal guardians, fully indemnify Us against any loss, liability, damage, action, demand, expense, claim, fine, charge or obligation which We have or may suffer or incur by reason of or in any way consequent upon, arising out of or incidental to the non-performance or non-observance of the obligations and liabilities imposed on You under this contract or by reason of or concerning or arising out of Your conduct, act or omission on or related to the Booking or your stay at the Property

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
