Overview
Absolute beach front fully self-contained three bedroom Superior Waterfront Chalet. Features a king size five star ensemble mattress in the main bedroom with ensuite and two king single beds in the second and third bedrooms. (By prior arrangement – king beds can be separated into single beds or single beds can be joined into king size beds).
A separate toilet and shower, reverse cycle air-conditioning in the lounge area, main bedroom & second bedroom and a fully self contained kitchen including crockery, cutlery, air fryer and microwave, makes this a perfect place for families to spread out.
The Superior Waterfront Chalet also feature a corner lounge suite, dining table and chairs, large flatscreen HD 4K television, outdoor setting, and complimentary tea and coffee.

Pets
Pets are permitted in selected accommodation and in your own caravan/tent/campervan, etc. in the off season only. A $50.00 (site) or $100.00 (accommodation) cash bond is required and is fully refundable subject to our Pet Policy being adhered to. We reserve the right to refuse a booking with a pet that is deemed not suitable to stay in the park. Please ring the park direct to make arrangements and receive a copy of our Pet Policy.
What you need to know
Bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date will be refunded in full (less a $30 booking fee). In the event of a one night stay on a site, full payment will be forfeited. Bookings cancelled 15 to 30 days prior to the arrival date 50% of the full payment will be deducted. Where bookings are cancelled less than 15 days the payment is forfeited. Cancellation of bookings for Christmas, Easter, School Holidays and Long weekends with less than 30 days notice will forfeit the full deposit. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit the deposit. No refund for early departure or inclement weather. Bookings can be moved without penalty at the Managers discretion.
Damage / Theft
A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check-in. Any damage or theft caused may be charged against that card.
Minimum Stay
A minimum of [4] four nights at Easter and a minimum of [3] three nights on long weekends.
Rates / Tariffs
Rates and tariffs are based on 2 people. Adult rates apply to persons above 16 years. Children's rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years. There is no charge for children under 2 years. Bookings made in advance may be subject to a tariff change without notification.
Special Requests
Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking.
Right of Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

Not be the person named on the booking request.

Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card.

Not be able to pay for any charges.

May cause damage to the property of the park or other guests.

May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour.

Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age.
- Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal.
We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
Visitors are welcome however need to park outside the park and leave by 10pm.
Subletting of Accommodation
Accommodation/sites are provided to the booking party for the guest(s) as named on the booking. Accommodation must not be sublet or resold by the booking party for commercial gain without our prior written consent. Genuine group bookings are not affected.
Liability
You are solely responsible for your own belongings and We are under no obligation to replace or compensate, nor shall We be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of Your property being lost, stolen or damaged.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, We will not be held responsible or liable in for any accident, direct or indirect loss including but not limited to loss suffered to property or person, damage, fatality, injury, psychological injury, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or health related issue whatsoever during your stay at BIG4 Dongara Denison Beach Holiday Park. You agree to fully and finally release and discharge Us from any liability, claim, action, right or entitlement whatsoever You have against Us whether known or unknown, whether accrued, contingent or inchoate arising out of, concerning or relating to your stay
If a condition or warranty cannot be excluded at law then You agree to the fullest extent permitted by law that Our liability for a breach of the condition or warranty shall be, at Our sole election, the re-supply or payment of the cost of re-supply of the relevant goods or services. All other conditions and/or warranties are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law
You, or if under the age of 16, Your parents or legal guardians, fully indemnify Us against any loss, liability, damage, action, demand, expense, claim, fine, charge or obligation which We have or may suffer or incur by reason of or in any way consequent upon, arising out of or incidental to the non-performance or non-observance of the obligations and liabilities imposed on You under this contract or by reason of or concerning or arising out of Your conduct, act or omission on or related to the Booking or your stay at the Property

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
