Swan Hill is a friendly riverside town, with a rich river heritage and is at the heart of a bountiful region of stone-fruit orchards, wineries and fishing for the famous Murray cod!

The heart of the Murray food bowl, Swan Hill’s fresh produce can be found plated up throughout the township. Modern Mediterranean style meals are on the menu in many of the region’s fine dining and affordable restaurants and are an ideal match for the warm weather produced Pinot Gris and Shiraz.

You won't see any advertising for this hidden local gem - it is always full with locals. Great Japanese at a great price. Our favourite dish is the teriyaki salmon - don't miss it.

Spoons is the perfect place to enjoy lunch overlooking the Mighty Murray. The cafe has a gift and produce store attached which is worth a visit after your lunch. Right next door is the Swan Hill Art Gallery - which always has fascinating exhibits.

Andrew Peace Winery

The winery is situated opposite the Murray River and boasts excellent picnic facilities as well as a BBQ and pizza oven which can be used on request. There is ample room for parking cars and caravans.
