We offer varied accommodation options for couples, families and groups including comfortable studios, luxury glamping and family villas, with an accessible villa option. The Villa is rated Qualified Independent Wheelchair User and Qualified Assisted Walking by Accessible Accommodation Australia.

We also have both powered and non-powered pet-friendly sites suitable for caravans and tents.

All accommodation is non-smoking.

Our reception is located at the entry to the park and is well lit. It has a step to enter. However, we offer flexible check-in options, including contactless check-in, and alternative methods of communication with our staff (email, telephone, SMS, face-to-face).

Our sensory garden is a beautiful private oasis where guests can connect with the tastes, sights, sounds and scents of nature and enjoy quiet time out.

We encourage feedback and suggestions (via email, telephone, SMS and face-to-face) on what we are doing well and what could be improved.

Staff are available 24 hours a day.

Reception is available 09:00-17:30 on 03 5472 1125 and guests can contact us for emergency purposes after hours on 0438 896 695 .

We can offer flexible check-in and check-out times.

Our customer facing staff have disability awareness training.

Our reception staff are familiar with all our facilities, accommodation options and potential barriers to access and are happy to discuss individual requirements.

Our reception staff are aware of local accessible eateries, facilities and activities.

We have emergency evacuation procedures for visitors with a disability.
