Changes and Cancellation
Amendments and Cancellations for stays during event weekends, holiday periods, public holiday, and long weekends, must be made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
Amendments and Cancellations at other times can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival for cabin accommodation and 2 days prior to arrival for sites.
Always happy to refund because we know things can change, you just need to let us know. For a full refund, make any changes and cancellations to your booking 30 days prior to arrival for peak periods, including long weekends and 48 hours prior to arrival at other times. Keep in mind that if you cancel in less than these times your deposit will be forfeited.

Shortening your Stay.
If you wish to reduce the nights booked after commencement of your stay with us, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid
No Shows. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.

Deposits and Payments
A deposit equivalent to the first nights' accommodation will lock your stay in when booking - except for stays during Christmas/January, Easter, Adelaide Cup, June long weekend, Oct long weekend where the deposit is 50% of your booking.

Peak Periods 14 December to 31 January (inclusive), Easter Holiday Weekend from Thursday to Monday (inclusive) and Long Weekends.

Shoulder Period: 1 February to 30 April.

Low Period: All other times.

We are a pet friendly park on sites and in selected cabins, however, to ensure the enjoyment and comfort of all park patrons at BIG4 Kingston Holiday Park, the Pet Policy must adhere to by all pet owners. The following applies:

• In accordance with ‘prescribed breeds’ listed in the Dog and Cat Management Act 1995, the following dog breeds are not permitted in the park, at all times:
  • American Pit Bull Terrier
  • Fila Braziliero
  • Japanese Tosa
  • Dogo Argentinia
  • Presa Canario
• Accredited Assistance Dogs are exempt from peak period restrictions.
• Pets are welcome on camp sites but are strictly forbidden to enter the amenities blocks, camp kitchen, BBQ areas, playground areas.
• No pets in cabins or on-site accommodation at any time for any reason. Failure to observe this rule will render the guest subject to immediate eviction without refund. Cleaning costs may apply. (up to $200.00)
• No dog may be left unattended at any time. Please take your dog out with you if you leave the park.
• All dogs and cats, including small ones, must be kept on a leash and under strict control at all times whilst in the park.
• Pet owners must clean up after their pet immediately (this includes children who may walk the pet). Please remove left over food, wrap droppings and place in a rubbish bin.
• Barking dogs can detract from the enjoyment of other park patrons. Please attempt to keep your dog quiet. Constant barking or howling cannot be tolerated and will result in eviction.
• All sites must be kept clean at all times.

We aim to make your stay here a great experience so that you can enjoy the serene beauty of Kingston’s foreshore. Below you will find general information and rules for BIG4 Kingston Foreshore Holiday Park and if there is anything else you need to know, please contact us.

• Arrivals: Checking-in Cabins: from 2.00 pm. Sites: from midday.
• Departures: Checking-out Cabins and sites: by 10.00am on the day of departure.
• Reception and Kiosk Hours: Open 7 Days (after hours check-in available). Monday – Sunday, 9am – 5pm. Hours subject to change. After hours information listed below.
• Visitor Information: The Kiosk has a full range of local visitor information material or just ask our team for their secret tips on places to visit in town and around the region.
• Fees: Please pay the balance of accommodation fees when you arrive and check-in.
• Van positioning: Some of our sites can be a little tight, sizing is available on our rates page. If you need a hand positioning your van, please do not hesitate to ask our onsite crew.
• Vehicles: The speed limit for any vehicle is walking pace of up to a maximum of 10kmph. One parking space is allocated per site so please park in your site’s designated area.
• Children: Must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, and in all areas of the park including the amenities block.
• Visitors: We are passionate about ensure that, as a guest, you have exclusive use of the Park’s facilities, with that in mind, day visitors are only allowable if they are visiting a guest staying within the Park. We ask that you please check with reception prior to arranging any visitors. Parking for visitors is available on Marine Parade and Promenade Street.
• Pets: We are a pet-friendly park. Please ensure you check your pet in along with you/your family on arrival at the Park. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in cabins and we ask owners to clean up after their pets and keep them on a lead at all times. For more information, our pet policy can be found here.
• Noise: BIG4 Kingston Foreshore Holiday Park is designed to be relaxing. For the enjoyment of all park visitors please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
• Fire Regulations: For safety reasons, drawbars for vans must face the roadway. Fires and braziers are not permitted. A communal fire pit is located within the park. The fire pit cannot be left unattended at any time and must be extinguished before 10pm. Firewood can be purchased from the Kiosk.
• Cabins: Numbers accommodated in a cabin must not exceed the number of beds provided in the cabin. All cabins are non-smoking.
• Cabin Service: Linen is provided to all cabins and is automatically replaced for stays over 7 nights. We will send you a text message to tell you when we’re likely to be servicing your cabin. If you would like a linen replacement sooner, please don’t hesitate to ask at reception.
• Laundry: Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the central amenities block. Change for the machines is available at reception.
• Rubbish: Please bag all rubbish and place in the bins situated around the park. Cans and bottles can be placed in the crates provided.
• Jumping Pillow: The kids will be jumping for joy on our jumping pillow! Please adhere to the jumping pillow safety rules which are located at the site.
• Bicycles/Scooters: If you are planning to bring bikes or scooters, then don’t forget the helmets too, as it is a safety requirement whilst riding within the Park. Electric scooters are not permitted.
• Wi-Fi: is now through out the park. Just pick up the password from reception.
• Cancellation/Refunds: Booking cancellations received more than 7 days prior to stay will receive a full refund. However, if cancellations are received less then 7 days prior to stay the booking deposit will not be refunded.
• After Hours/Emergency: For emergencies or urgent after-hours issues, please call 0456 534 351. In the event of an emergency, please follow the instructions of the warden and proceed to the closest Assembly Area (marked on the Park map).
• Relax: We really hope you enjoy your stay with us by the beach, and if you have any questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to swing by the Kiosk, give us a call, or send us an email.
