Welcome to Art of You – a creative wellness studio in beautiful Port Elliot where art, rhythm, and healing come together in playful and powerful ways.
The workshops and sessions are designed to spark joy, calm the nervous system, and reconnect you to your inner spark. Think art therapy with a twist, hypnotherapy for self-discovery, soulful sound immersions, energising adult drumming circles, and creative connection workshops for families, teens, and little ones.

The studio is a welcoming space where all ages can slow down, explore, and express themselves without pressure. Each workshop blends creativity with gentle therapeutic tools, making them both meaningful and fun.
Local artists, musicians, and facilitators bring fresh energy to every term – so there's always something new to try.
