BIG4 Hervey Bay Holiday Park

LOW SEASON:

(FEB / MARCH / MAY / NOV - DATES MAY VARY)

• Cancel more than 7 days from arrival date - Full refund less a $30 cancellation fee for sites and less $60 cancellation fee for cabins.
• Cancel within 7 days from arrival date - Forfeit monies paid or leave as credit to be used within 6 months less the cancellation fee.

PEAK SEASON:

PUBLIC / SCHOOL HOLIDAYS /CHRISTMAS / NEW YEARS / EASTER / WHALE WATCHING SEASON - JULY TILL OCTOBER

• Cancel more than 28 days from arrival date - Full refund less a 1 night cancellation fee.
• Cancel within 28 days from arrival date - Forfeit all monies paid.

CREDIT BOOKING - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Credit bookings are non refundable. Canceling credit bookings - Forfeits all monies paid.
• Credit bookings are only valid to BIG4 Hervey Bay Holiday Park.
• Credit bookings made - Subject to tariff seasons.

***NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES***

• The dog must be leashed at all times whilst not in your van or tent or other accommodations.
• The dog owner must contact the park directly in advance of arrival to apply to have their dog accepted in that particular BIG4 Member Park.
• The dog owner must agree that the park owner/manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, and aggressive or the subject of complaints from other guests.
• Dog owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses
• Dog owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog’s or pet’s waste.

VISITORS

• Residents and guests are required to inform reception of any visitors.
• There is a register located in the office that all guests are required to complete and sign on arrival.
• A visitor fee is payable for use of park facilities or for each overnight stay.
• Park guests and residents are responsible for their visitors behavior.
• Only residents and guest vehicles are permitted in the park, with a limit of 1 vehicle per site.
• No visitors cars are to enter unless approved by management.
• Failure to comply with any of the above requests may result in consequences.

SPEED

• A speed of 5km/h (walking pace) applies to all throughout the park.
• You must obey the speed limit as the caravan park is a shared zone.
• Speeding will not be tolerated.

NOISE

• Please be courteous and respectful of others when it comes to noise.
• Any excessive noise after 9.30pm will not be tolerated.

CHILDREN

• We request that you must always supervise your children in all areas of the park.
• Parents and guardians are 100% responsible for their children, this includes any theft or damage
• Bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

WASHING

• Clotheslines are provided, washer and dryer machines are provided and are $1 coin operated.
• Washing power satchels are available in the office.
• No temporary lines are to be erected at any time.                 

INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR

• We reserve the right to eject any guest from the park deemed to be behaving in a socially unacceptable manner; that is causing damage to the park or disturbing other guests; who are using unacceptable language; or who is otherwise breaching the park's rules.
• No refunds will be given in such circumstances and charges will apply for any damage caused, losses or extra cleaning that result from this behaviour.

POOL AREA

• Pool hours are 8.30am till 8.30pm.
• No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the pool area without a Parent or Guardian present.

GAMES ROOM

• Games room hours are 8.30am till 8.30pm except for the school holidays, which will close at management’s discretion.
• Any theft or damage in the games room will be charged to the guest. No wet clothes, food or drinks in the games room.

CAMP KITCHEN

• Please be courteous and respectful of others and make sure you clean up after yourself.
• Camp kitchen lights will go out automatically at 9.30pm.

SITES/CABINS

• Management reserves the right to terminate any permit at any time.
• Strictly no refunds so please do not ask.
• Any damage to caravan park and cabin property will incur a fee for repair.
• Management accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property or vehicles.
• We accept no liability for any damage caused by trees/branches at any time.
• On departure please make sure the cabins are left in a respectable manner.
• A cleaning fee will apply if the cabins are not cleaned as requested.

DAMAGE/FIRES

• Please report any damage to park facilities or any potentially dangerous situation.
• Strictly no fires in the park at any time.

EXTRA PERSON NIGHTLY RATE

• Infants: 0-2yrs free
• Children: 3-15yrs $10.00
• Adults: 16yrs + $15.00

FAILURE TO OBSERVE ANY OF THE ABOVE RULES MAY RESULT IN EVICTION FROM THE PARK

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
