Moruya is well known for having great markets. During your next holiday here take the opportunity to explore these to browse and buy local produce and souvenirs.
When: Every Saturday morning from 8am to 1pm.
Where: Riverside Park, Moruya River.
In our opinion, these markets are one of the best! There is something for everyone, whether it be a trinket of your trip, fresh fruit and veggies, books, clothes and much, much more. Car parking is plentiful, and your kids will love the large playground, flying fox and swings.
When: Every Tuesday afternoon from 3pm to 5.30pm.
Where: Riverside Park, Moruya.
SAGE stands for Sustainable Agriculture & Gardening Eurobodalla. The SAGE organisation's name reflects in the markets aim to provide people with local produce as part of a normal shopping routine, which has a positive sustainable impact on the community.
When: Every Wednesday and Saturday from 9am to 12pm.
Where: 10 Ainslie Parade, Tomakin.
The Rally for Recovery garage sale raises funds for research into childhood cancers in conjunction with the Sydney Children's Hospital Foundation. Pop on down to grab yourself a bargain.
Markets at Batemans Bay, a short 25 minute drive north:
Batemans Bay Rotary Sunday Markets
When: 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month from 9am to 1pm.
Where: Held at the Batemans Bay Waterfront Precinct, Clyde Street, Batemans Bay (formerly held at Corrigan's Beach and now incorporating the Marine Rescue Market).
Batehaven Mini Market ("Hump Day" mini-market)
When: Every Wednesday from 11.30am to 2pm.
Where: Held at the CWA Hall on Edward Rd, Batehaven.
Edward Road Market Place
When: Every Friday and Saturday from 9am to 2pm.
Where: Edward Road Market Place, Batehaven.
