Kingscliff

Kingscliff has long been a holiday favourite with its easy sea breezes, surf mecca status and long main street stretch of esplanade, lined on one side by an azure bay, green park space and an iconic bowls club, and on the other with cafes, restaurants, book stores, fashion shops and dreamy homewares.

It's home to world-class sporting events and has grown over the years, with luxurious resorts, gorgeous holiday parks and a celebrated food scene, it’s managed to evolve while remaining a firm favourite with locals and retaining a laidback village feel that instantly welcomes and calms.

At the southern end of Marine Parade at Kingscliff, you'll find a great little park and picnic area, Faulks Park. Here you'll find tables, chairs, picnic shelters, BBQs, toilet facilities, a great kids' playground which includes a brightly coloured pirate ship and a half-sized basketball court.

To top it all off, picnickers enjoy a stunning view of the ocean and Cudgen Creek where you can jump on a SUP, snorkel or kayak best at high tide. And for a spot of fishing there is a boat ramp and a fish cleaning area keep the boaties and anglers happy, as well as the local pelican population who are always hopeful of a feed.
