Overview

Settle in with space to spare in our Powered Big Rig Site, offering powered campsites with access to 240 volts/15-amp power, fresh water and a sullage point. Our extra-large matted sites are available, suitable for buses, fifth wheelers, motorhomes, large caravans, and large tents.

All camp sites are located close to BBQ areas, a laundry, shared amenities block and other camping facilities. You can also find our camp kitchen and park facilities close by, including two swimming pools, a large range of activities, a 9-hole mini golf course, wildlife lake, nature play area and so much more.

Reception hours

Reception hours are 8am-6pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours on 08 9755 4241 to make alternate arrangements.

Changes & cancellations

  • We understand that from time to time, you may need to cancel your Booking.
  • If you cancel your Booking, then the following cancellation policy applies:
    • a) If you cancel your Booking more than 7 days before the Arrival Date, you will receive a full refund
    • b) If you cancel your Booking less than 7 days before your Arrival Date, you forfeit your 1st night deposit.
  • If you are a No Show your Booking will be cancelled and you will not be entitled to a refund. That is, you will still be required to pay the full amount set out in your Booking.

Pets

Pets are welcome on application at Manager's discretion. Please note that pets are permitted on Caravan and Campsites only. Pets are not permitted in Cabins or Villas. We ask all guests, please do not feed the native wildlife in the park.

Deposits & payments

  • When you make a Booking more than 7 days in advance, you will be required to pay a deposit equal to at least the first night’s Rate of the Booking (Deposit). You will then be required to pay the balance within 7 days prior to arrival.
  • When you make a Booking where the Arrival Date falls within the next 7 days, you will be required to pay the total cost of your Booking.
  • RAC Members booking via BIG4 will not receive RAC Member discount, this can only be added to bookings made directly with RAC Parks & Resort via rac.com.au or telephone.
  • Once you pay for your Booking (either in whole or in part), you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms.
  • Once we have processed the payment for your Booking, we will confirm the details of your Booking with you in writing. This confirmation creates an agreement between you and us (Agreement).
  • You must pay for your Booking in Australian dollars.
  • There may be instances where you try to make a Booking but we are unable to accommodate you. We try to avoid this as much as possible, but if this happens, we will notify you that your Booking has been unsuccessful.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
