We understand that from time to time, you may need to cancel or modify your Booking.

All Cancellations must be in writing to info@big4dunsborough.com.au we will not accept cancellations over the phone.

If you cancel your Booking, then the following cancellation policy applies:

• If you book more than 30 days before your Arrival Date, you may cancel your Booking within the Cool Off Period and receive a full refund.
• If you cancel your Booking more than 14 days before the Arrival Date, you will receive a full refund minus a $30 administration fee.
• If you cancel your Booking less than 14 days before your Arrival Date, you forfeit all monies and will not be entitled to any refund.

If you are a No Show your Booking will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to a refund. That is, you will still be required to pay the full amount set out in your Booking.

• A deposit of $100 (or the full amount for one-night bookings if less than $100) is required at the time of booking. You will then be required to pay the balance 14 days before your arrival date.
• Cabin Bookings require a 1 night deposit at time of booking. The remaining balance is then required 14 days prior to arrival.
• Bookings made less than 14 days before arrival need to be paid in full.
• Once you pay for your Booking (either in whole or in part), you will be deemed to have accepted these Terms.
• Once we have processed the payment for your Booking, we will confirm the details of your Booking with you in writing. This confirmation creates an agreement between you and us (Agreement).
• You must pay for your Booking in Australian dollars.

We know your Fur Babies love to travel and yes we allow well-behaved Pets in our Holiday Park:

To ensure all Guest’s enjoyment, Management reserves the right to terminate your occupancy with NO REFUND where breaches of our Pet Policy occur.

We appreciate your co-operation and understanding.

Any guest enjoying their stay with their dog agrees to the following terms and conditions. This ensures that you, your dog and your fellow campers all enjoy their stay.

• Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
• Any disturbances such as barking must be controlled to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced. Management may ask you and your dog to leave if the disturbance continues.
• If you are staying in one of our Fenced Pet Campsites, your dog may be off their leash whilst in your enclosed camp site.
• Please clean up after your dog and ensure your site is left clean for the next guest.
• Your dog must NOT be left unattended at any time during your stay (even if staying in one of our Fenced Pet Campsites).
• Dogs are not permitted in the playground area, camp kitchen/recreation area, dam, ablutions/bathrooms or laundry.
• Please DO NOT wash your dog’s bedding or blankets in our washing machines or bathrooms.
• If your dog acts in any way that is considered dangerous or aggressive, Management have the right to ask you to leave, in which case you will not be entitled to a refund.
• There is a fenced exercise area (approx. 1 acre) on the back oval where dogs can have a play/run off lead.
• There is a dog/horse exercise beach straight down Chain Avenue (3km away).

You as the dog owner(s) agree to indemnify and hold harmless BIG4 Dunsborough Southern Stars Holiday Park, its managers and staff from all liability, loss and damage suffered as a result of your dog’s actions. Furthermore, you agree solely to accept all liability, financial or otherwise which may result from your dog’s actions.

Welcome to BIG4 Dunsborough Southern Stars Holiday Park – If you’d like to stay with us, first you must read, understand, and accept the following Terms:

Bookings and payment

• A deposit of $100 (or the full amount for one-night bookings if less than $100) is required at the time of booking. You will then be required to pay the balance 14 days before your arrival date.

Changing or Modifying your Booking

• If you would like to change your Booking for any reason, you must obtain prior consent from BIG4 Dunsborough Southern Stars Holiday Park to do so.
• While we will try our best, BIG4 Dunsborough Southern Stars Holiday Park may not be able accommodate your request to change your Booking for any reason whatsoever.
• If we agree to change your Booking, we may adjust the Rate that applies to your Booking to reflect the applicable Rate on the changed Booking dates. In legal terms, this varies the Agreement between you and us. In practical terms, this means that the total cost of your Booking may change.
• All adjustments and cancellations to bookings must be submitted in writing to info@big4dunsborough.com.au
• Any reduction to the length of stay will be subject to cancellation policy.

Cancelling your Booking

• If you are a No Show your Booking will be cancelled, and you will not be entitled to a refund. That is, you will still be required to pay the full amount set out in your Booking

Liability

• You are solely responsible for your property at all times at BIG4 Dunsborough Southern Stars Holiday Park.
• If your property is lost, stolen, or damaged at BIG4 Dunsborough Southern Stars Holiday Park, we are under no obligation to: a) replace the property; b) compensate you for; or c) be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any accident or, direct or indirect loss including but not limited to loss suffered to property or person, damage, fatality, injury, psychological injury, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or health related issue whatsoever during your stay at BIG4 Dunsborough Southern Stars Holiday Park.
• You agree to fully and finally release and discharge us from any liability, claim, action, right or entitlement whatsoever you have against us whether known or unknown, whether accrued, contingent or inchoate arising out of, concerning or relating to your stay.
• If you wish to claim any refund you must contact BIG4 Dunsborough Southern Stars Holiday Park directly by emailing info@big4dunsborough.com.au
• If a condition or warranty cannot be excluded at law then you agree to the fullest extent permitted by law that our liability for a breach of the condition or warranty shall be, at our sole election, the re-supply or payment of the cost of re-supply of the relevant goods or services. All other conditions and/or warranties are expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• You fully indemnify us against any loss, liability, damage, action, demand, expense, claim, fine, charge or obligation which we have or may suffer or incur by reason of or in any way consequent upon, arising out of or incidental to the non-performance or non-observance of the obligations and liabilities imposed on you under this Agreement or by reason of or concerning or arising out of your conduct, act or omission on or related to the Booking or your stay at BIG4 Dunsborough Southern Stars Holiday Park.

Miscellaneous

• We take your privacy seriously and treat your personal information strictly in accordance with our obligations under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
• These Terms and the Agreement are governed by the laws of Western Australia and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
• If any clause in this Agreement becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining clauses of this Agreement shall not in any way be affected or impaired.
• This Agreement may only be varied by a document in writing executed by all parties’ authorised representatives.
• You acknowledge and accept the above Terms applying with respect to the Booking and acknowledge having read and understood them. You understand that no other agreement or disclaimer, verbal or otherwise, applies as this Agreement together with the itinerary contains the entire agreement between you and us.
• You confirm you are over 18 years of age and free to enter into these Terms and the Agreement.
• We do not accept school leaver bookings directly at BIG4 Dunsborough Southern Stars Holiday Park. Please contact surething.com for all Leavers Bookings and Questions. Terms and Conditions are as per Surething.com specifications. While staying within BIG4 Dunsborough Southern Stars all Leavers must follow the Parks Rules and Guidelines as per the Agreement.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park or park listed on BIG4.com.au. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
