Surrounded by beautifully landscaped parks and gardens, and located on the eastern banks of the Swan River with stunning views of the city skyline – it’s only a five minute drive from the CBD, and 15 minutes from the airport.

The peninsula is home to Crown Perth, which offers the finest resort experience with an array of acclaimed restaurants and bars, luxury accommodation and exciting entertainment options including a casino.

With quality theatre and performance venues, Crown Perth attracts a star-studded line up of highly acclaimed musicians, sporting events and theatre productions all year round. Before catching a show, book an indulgent treatment at Crown Spa and enjoy a delicious dinner overlooking the spectacular resort style pool.

Sitting pretty on the banks of the Swan River is Perth’s 60,000 seat, world-class Optus Stadium. The multi-purpose stadium has been awarded the ‘world’s most beautiful’ and hosts the AFL season, along with cricket, rugby union and league, soccer, and music concerts. Optus Stadium also has The Ozone, which offers a roof climb experience, stadium tours, and Aboriginal cultural tours along the shores of the Derbal Yerrigan (Swan River), which provide an insight into the cultural significance of the precinct.

Surrounding the stadium is the Chevron Parklands, offering 2.6 hectares of rehabilitated parklands and six nature-based playgrounds, public art, grassed and seating areas and BBQS. The precinct is also home to The Camfield – Australia’s biggest pub – featuring a microbrewery with multiple bars, 180 beer taps and a large beer garden.

Providing pedestrian access over the Swan River between the Burswood Peninsula and East Perth is Matagarup Bridge. Adventure seekers can now climb the 314 stairs to reach the bridge’s Sky View Platform, and will soon be able to zip-line 400 metres across the Swan River to Burswood Park.

The Peninsula’s surrounding parks are fully accessible, with ample parking and public transport options and an array of attractions for people of all ages and abilities to enjoy.
