Overview

Modern cabin ideally located either near the children's playground and swimming pool, or in quieter location at the back of the park overlooking the park. It has two bedrooms that can sleep up to six guests with 3 different configurations suited mainly to families. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom, and either bunk beds or single beds and a double sofa bed in the second bedroom. The chalet has reverse cycle air-conditioning, a sofa, television, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Please advise your preferred location on booking.

PLEASE NOTE:
**Adults cannot sleep on the top bunks, so these rooms are designed for families and not configured for 6 adults. We only have 1 chalet which is suited to 3 couples with 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa bed.
**Some Chalets have steps. If you or a member of your family has trouble with steps please call us on 08 9655 2870 to see what options are available.

Reception hours

Reception hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. Guests arriving outside these times should contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements.

Changes & cancellations

  • Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
  • If notice of your cancellation is received within 72 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
  • Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
  • If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  • Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.

Pets

Pets are not permitted in accommodation. Pets are only permitted on sites outside of peak periods - contact park reception to confirm if pet is allowed. Reception is to be notified on arrival if a pet is staying and a form filled in and signed.

Fees

Adult’s rates apply to persons 17 years and above. Children rates apply to guests aged 3-16 years old. There is no charge under three years old.
