Overview
These cabins are brand new, modern, spacious and very comfortable. Enjoy the mountain surroundings from your veranda!
Our deluxe two bedroom cabins accommodate up to 6 people making them perfect for a family or two couples to share.
The main bedroom consists of a queen bed, full linen supplied including towel set, electric blanket and an extra polar fleece blanket to keep you warm.
The second bedroom has two sets of bunks. BYO bedding for bunk beds or linen package available including towel for $15 SB, $20 DB (one-off charge).
The cabin features a full ensuite, kitchen with microwave, gas cooktop with rangehood and full-size fridge. All crockery, cutlery, saucepans, kettle and toaster & coffee machine supplied. Welcome tea/coffee pods/hot chocolate/sugar and milk supplied (on arrival not replenished).
Flat screen 40-inch smart TV, split system air conditioning & ceiling fans in main bedroom & living area. Outdoor seating area.

Changes & cancellations
- There will be no refund after arrival if your stay is cut short for any reason or you change your mind and your room/site is left vacant.
- If your room/site can be re-let at any point after your departure, an equivalent refund will be made available less an administration fee of $20.
- A one night deposit is required upon making your booking.
- We reserve the right to charge a $20 administration fee for all cancellations.
- Deposits/payments for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded unless the accommodation can be re-let for the equivalent time frame originally booked.
- Deposits/payments for cancellations made outside 14 days of arrival can be credited to a future booking or refunded, less an administration fee of $20.
- Peak Weekends, Festival, Easter & Christmas please note Deposits/payments for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will not be refunded unless accommodation can be re-let. This means if you cancel and payment for your stay has not been paid in full and we cannot re-let the site for the duration of the stay intended - **full payment is required**(e.g. cancel because of weather forecast).
- For no-shows, we reserve the right to charge entire stay charges.
- Tariffs are subject to change throughout the year without notice.
- We do not accept personal cheques for payment upon arrival.
- We reserve the right to change room/site allocation (within the appropriate category) if deemed necessary.
- All Account credits must be used within 12 months of the date issued.

GUEST INFORMATION
Welcome to Valley View Caravan Park Whitfield. Our aim is for our patrons to experience a safe and enjoyable holiday. Therefore, please take a moment to read the following. Your cooperation and understanding are greatly appreciated. Please ask if you are unsure.
CABINS & SITES
- We ask that you vacate by 10:00am on day of departure.
- Late checkout may be possible - ask at office.
- Please report to the office on your departure.
- Onsite accommodation available after 2:00pm.
- Management does not accept any liability for any loss or damage incurred to any van, vehicle, tent, prefab, or any loss of property in the park.
- Please secure all valuables.
- Lost property can be reported to the office.
- Any property found and handed in to the office will be held for 2 weeks only.
WATER & POWER
- Please be conscious of saving water and power (eg. do not leave air conditioners or heaters running while not on site).
CARS
- Parking is allocated for sites and cabins (one car per site/cabin).
- The speed limit within the park is 8km per hour, WALKING PACE.
CHILDREN
- Parents are responsible for children's general behaviour around the park.
- Parents are advised to supervise their children at all times.
- When riding bikes please observe the road rules as they are shared roadways.
- There is no bike riding after dusk and no riding around cabins or on paths.
- As required by law children must wear helmets.
BEHAVIOUR
- Please consider others: No undue noise after 10:30pm and no music after 11:00pm.
- Children must return to their cabin or site at dusk and be supervised by their parents.
- Offensive or bad language will not be tolerated.
VISITORS
- Visitors must register with office before entering the park. A day visitor is a person/s entering the park for a short period of time to visit registered guests at the park.
- All visitors cars must be parked outside the park entrance.
- You are responsible for your visitor's behaviour.
AMENITIES
- Lighting after dark. Press the white button located near entry of door to amenities.
- Please use showers sensibly and with due regard to other campers. For example, mopping the floor after use.
- An adult must accompany all children under the age of 12 in the amenity block.
TRENCHES
- Digging of trenches or drains around tents is strictly prohibited.
COMPLAINTS
- Please advise us immediately of any problems or maintenance matters.
PETS
- Must be on a lead in the caravan park.
- Please clean up after your pet.
- Bags located at the Mens end of the amenity block.
OPEN FIRES
- Are permitted in fire drums at the Managers discretion and in accordance with CFA fire restrictions.
- Fire drums must have legs.
- Please ask Park staff where you should dispose of coals and ashes.
NO WASHING OF VEHICLES OR CARAVANS WITHIN THE CARAVAN PARK.
- Please leave campsites and onsite accommodation in a clean & tidy manner.
- We do not give refunds if you leave prior to your nominated departure date.
- Abuse of any rule stated above will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of fees and deposits.
