Cancellation & changes
- There will be no refund after arrival if your stay is cut short for any reason or you change your mind and your room/site is left vacant.
- If your room/site can be re-let at any point after your departure, an equivalent refund will be made available less an administration fee of $25.
- We reserve the right to charge a $25 administration fee for all transfers/cancellations.
Cancellations Less than 14 Days of Arrival:
- Deposits/payments will not be refunded unless the accommodation can be re-let for the originally booked timeframe.
- Note: For peak weekends, festivals, Easter, and Christmas/ New Year, January - the same rule applies.
- If we cannot re-let the site, full payment is required even if the stay is not paid in full at the time of cancellation.
Cancellations More than 14 Days of Arrival:
- Deposits/payments can be credited to a future booking or refunded, less a $25 administration fee.
Peak Periods (4 Weeks Notice):
- During peak periods (e.g., festivals, Easter, Christmas/New Year, January), cancellations must be made with more than four weeks prior to the arrival date to qualify for a refund of deposits/payments.
- If a cancellation is requested with less than four weeks of the arrival date, deposits and payments will not be refunded unless the site can be re-let. Any outstanding balances will remain due and payable unless we successfully re-let the site.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these busy periods.
No-Shows: The entire stay charges will be applied for no-shows.
Additional Policies
Pricing: Tariffs/Fees are subject to change throughout the year without notice.
Room/Site Allocation: The park reserves the right to change room/site allocations within the same category if necessary.
Account Credits: All account credits must be used within 12 months from the date issued.

- All pets must be kept on a leash within the Caravan Park.
- Owners are to dispose of any animal droppings promptly and appropriately.
- Pets are to be supervised at all times whilst in the park.
- Pets are STRICTLY not allowed in our onsite accommodation. No pets with Cabin/Pod.
- Pets are not allowed in the camp kitchen or amenities.
- Your Pets bedding IS NOT to be washed in the Guests washing machines or placed in dryers.
- Pets are only allowed in the park at the discretion of management so always check with us before bringing your pets along.
- Owners must take absolute responsibility for their pets behaviour whilst in the park, you acknowledge that you are personally responsible for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage in relation to any actions caused by your Pets.
- Failure to comply with these rules could result in you being asked to leave the park with no refunds for accommodation available to you.

GUEST INFORMATION
Welcome to Valley View Caravan Park in the heart of the King Valley.
Our goal is for our customers to have a fun and safe holiday. So please, kindly take a moment to read what follows.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
On the day of departure, site fees are calculated up until 10am. To make other arrangements, please get in touch with park management if these times interfere with your travel plans. Check-in for the site begins at noon, and on-site lodgings begin at 2pm.
The management disclaims all responsibility for any loss or damage to any car, van, tent, prefab, or other property while it is in the park. Please keep all valuables safe. You can report lost property to the office. Any items discovered and turned into the office will only be kept for 6 months depending on the item value.
WATER & POWER
While you are not on site, please be mindful of conserving electricity and water by turning off the air conditioner or heater. Electric Fan Heaters are not to be used in our Park (fire hazard). Verify that there are no leaks coming from your tap fittings.
VEHICLES
Our top priority is keeping all our visitors and kids safe. Our speed limit is 8km/h; therefore, we would appreciate your dedication in keeping your car moving at a walking pace only. Please note no washing cars, RVs or caravans.
EV Charging
For safety and power management, charging electric vehicles, e-bikes and mobility scooters is not permitted directly from caravan site or cabin/pod power outlets. Please speak with management to arrange access to the designated charging area where available. Strictly no overnight charging is permitted.
CHILDREN
The park and all its amenities are here for you and your children to enjoy. The children need to be supervised to keep them safe and to make sure they don’t bother other guests. When using the showers and restrooms, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. As shared roads, abide by the traffic laws when riding a bike. Cycling is prohibited after sunset, including paths and around cabins. Children must wear helmets as required by law.
BEHAVIOUR
To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for all guests, we kindly ask that the following behaviour rules be observed:
• Excessive noise, threatening behaviour, or any form of abuse towards our staff or Park Managers will not be tolerated. Any abusive, aggressive, or violent behaviour may result in immediate removal from the Park.
Serious incidents will be reported to Victoria Police.
• Please be considerate of others. Avoid making excessive noise before 8:00am or after 10:00pm. Quiet enjoyment of the Park is expected during these hours.
• Children must return to their cabin or campsite at dusk and remain under parental supervision at all times for their safety.
• Offensive, aggressive, or inappropriate language is strictly prohibited.
Respectful communication is expected at all times.
VISITORS
Visitors must register with office before entering the park. A day visitor is a person/s entering the park for a short period of time to visit registered guests at the park. Visitors’ fees may be applicable. All visitors’ cars must be parked outside the park entrance. You are responsible for your visitor's behaviour.
AMENITIES
Lights after dark. Press the white button located near entry of door to amenities. Please use showers sensibly and with due regard to other campers. For example, mopping the floor after use. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 12 in the amenity block. Please sanitise your hands.
TRENCHES
Digging of trenches or drains around on or around your site is strictly prohibited.
COMPLAINTS
Please advise us immediately of any problems or maintenance matters on 0429-149-320.
PETS
Must be on a lead in the caravan park. Please clean up after your pet. Bags located at each end of amenity block.
CAMPFIRES
All campfires must be registered at the office. Campfires must be in fire drums and be approved by the Managers. Fire drums must have legs. Coals should be disposed of in the RED ash bins, not on the ground or on garden/trees.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
CALL 000. Posters are in the amenity block, camp kitchen and laundry.
Please, leave campsites and on-site accommodation in a clean & tidy manner.
We do not give refunds/credits if you leave prior to your nominated departure date.
Abuse of any rule stated above will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of fees and deposits.
