Stay in our poolside villas situated close to the pool so you can watch the kids from your private deck.

Each villa features two bedrooms—the main bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom fitted with two sets of bunk beds—making it ideal for families. Full linen is provided for your convenience.

Inside, you'll find a bathroom with a separate toilet, and a well-equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, stove, and microwave. The living area includes two comfortable couches, a flat screen television, and a split system air-conditioner to keep you comfortable all year round. Step outside onto your private deck, complete with outdoor furniture, perfect for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or evening drinks as the sun sets.

Changes & cancellations

Cancellations: Cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date will incur charges for the entire stay. Once checked in, a strict no-refund policy applies to any alterations to your booking. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all our terms and conditions. A $100 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled bookings.

Rescheduling Policy: Bookings made outside the 30-day period have the option to reschedule their dates. However, if your booking falls within the 30-day period, rescheduling is not possible. For bookings that have already been rescheduled once, the standard terms and conditions do not apply. If you choose to cancel or reschedule, you will forfeit the booking.

This accommodation does not allow pets.

Deposits & payments

  • A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the full balance due 30 days before arrival (except during peak periods, when it is due 60 days prior). It is essential to ensure that sufficient funds are available on the debit or credit card provided during the initial booking. Failure to deduct the remaining balance may result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation. For all peak periods, all fees must be paid in full 60 days before arrival, and online booking payment terms are clearly displayed. Once a booking is paid in full, there are no refunds or credits for decreasing the number of nights or visitors.
  • Upon booking, with the full balance due 30 days before third-party bookings, you must provide a bond or damage deposit. This amount will be returned to the same account on the day of departure if the accommodation is left undamaged, requires no excessive cleaning, and is in a respectable condition.
  • A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park on check-in.
  • All visitors to the park are required to report to reception upon arrival and pay the applicable visitor's fee.

Fees

  • A minimum stay period applies during Peak times, School Holidays, Public Holidays, and Special Events.
  • Extra Person Charges per night - 3 years and older
  • There is no charge for infants under 3 years.

  • Any additional cleaning or expenses incurred by BIG4 Porepunkah Holiday Park due to guests’ failure to maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene, including rubbish removal, and cleaning of dishes, cookware, will be charged accordingly. The amount charged per cabin is at the discretion of management. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • Tariffs are subject to change at any time, based on market conditions, regulatory updates, or business requirements.

What you need to know

  • Cabins & Site Allocation: Site and villa allocations are determined on the day of arrival. We cannot guarantee proximity to friends or family members also staying in the caravan park. All requests are subject to availability and may be modified. We recommend reviewing the Site Allocation Fee policy. We can reserve a specific cabin or site for a fee of $10.00 per night for cabins and villas, and $5.00 per night for sites.
  • Bunk Beds Safety: To ensure safety in compliance with Australian Standards AS/NZS 4220:2003, we prohibit children under the age of 9 from using the top bunk and advise against playing on them.
  • Bedding and Towels: We provide bedding, bath towels, and all necessary linens, including sheets, blankets, pillows, and pillowcases for all beds in our accommodations.
  • Additional Charges: Any additional cleaning or expenses incurred by BIG4 Porepunkah Holiday Park due to guests’ failure to maintain cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene, including rubbish removal, will be charged accordingly. The amount charged per cabin is at the discretion of management. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
  • Cars: Please note that only one vehicle is allowed per site and cabin.
  • Children: Parents are responsible for their child/ren at all times. Helmets must be worn within the park grounds.
  • Fires: Fires are for hire at a fee of $30.00 per drum for the duration of your stay. If you wish to bring your fire drum with a tray to protect the grass, you may do so, but please ensure it is elevated off the ground and cleaned up after use. Fires are allowed unless total fire bans are in place or at the discretion of park management. Sites must be left clean and tidy. Firewood and fire drums can be purchased from reception daily before 4 pm. Aluminum bins are provided throughout the park for the disposal of coal before departure.
  • Noise: Noise within the park must cease by 10 pm. We appreciate your cooperation and consideration of all park guests.
  • Pool: Children under 12 years of age must be supervised in the swimming pool, jumping pillow, and amenities block.
  • Non-Smoking Park: We maintain a strict non-smoking policy within our park grounds.
  • In-Park PERKS Members' conditions: Not offered during peak periods (December/January, Easter, Long weekends, and park-deemed special events). May not be honoured if the guest arrives on a day without prior arrangement. Strictly on an availability basis only. You will need to ring at least 24 hours in advance to arrange.  May not be honoured if the guest arrives on a day without arranging prior arrangement.
  • Late Checkout 11 am: is not offered during peak periods, including December/January, Easter, Long weekends, and special events at the park.
  • Midday Check-in for powered sites: powered sites are not offered during peak periods, including December/January, Easter, Long weekends, and special events at the park. Strictly on availability only, the guest is required to ring at least 24 hours in advance to arrange. May not be honoured if the guest arrives on a day without prior arrangement.
  • 11 am Check-out for powered sites: Not offered during peak periods (December/January, Easter, Long weekends, and park-deemed special events). Strictly on availability only. The member needs to arrange during their stay and is subject to availability only. 
  • Non-Smoking: We maintain a strict non-smoking policy within the entire park.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities, or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
