Overview
Hosting up to 22, the Bunkhouse is ideal for your next large group booking! Be it a family reunoin, school group or sporting club, the Bunkhouse is the perfect spot to bring everyone together.
The Bunkhouse has seven rooms, six with a tri-bunk (sleeps 3) and one with two sets of bunk beds (sleeps 4). Linen is not supplied for the Bunkhouse.
The Bunkhouse is equipped with modern kitchen facilities and a dining area which can also be used as a meeting room. It is a short walk from communal amenities, which Bunkhouse guests are welcome to use.

Changes & cancellations
Booking Policy
A deposit is required to secure any reservation. For all bookings a deposit equal to one night’s tariff must be paid at the time of making the reservation. Reservation will not be guaranteed without a deposit. Any changes to reservations or cancellations will incur an administration fee of $39.00. Please be advised that all cancellations must be received in writing directly to the park from the primary email address on the confirmed booking.
A credit or debit card will be required on check-in as a bond for the stay. If a credit or debit card is unavailable, guests may provide a $100 bond in cash that will be returned upon departure.
Requests to amend stay dates are subject to the discretion of management. Prices are in accordance with the current day/s tariff when nominating your new booking dates. Management reserves the right to decline a booking amendment or change if inside of the cancellation period. Changes granted may be subject to amendment fees.
Please note Breeze credit can only be used at BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks - Eildon. Credits cannot be transferred to any other previously affiliated Breeze parks.
Travel Insurance & Weather Events
It is highly advised to look at travel insurance for cover due to unforeseen circumstances including weather events/conditions, event cancellations, medical expenses, health pandemics and loss or damage to personal baggage. Within the cancellation period of your booking, a refund will not be given due to postponed or cancelled events, inclement weather, fires or floods.

Cabins
Long notice cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, will receive a refund of monies paid minus an administration fee of $39. Short-notice cancellations made within 14 days of arrival surrender the deposit (one night’s tariff). Any remaining monies can be refunded or applied to a client account.
Last-minute cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, surrender ALL monies paid.
As an in-house guest, if you depart the park earlier than your original departure date or cancel once arrived, we do not hold credits or provide a refund.
Sites
Cancellations received more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full credit or refund. Last-minute cancellations received within 48 hours of the reservation will surrender ALL monies paid.

Additional Guest Charge
Additional charges will be applied if more than two people are staying within any accommodation type. When applying the additional charges, the below age categories apply:
0-2 years – Infant
3-15 years – Child
16 years and over – Adult
Dogs will also occur an additional charge of $50. Please refer to our Dog Policy for more details.
Damages and Theft
Guests are personally liable for the payment of the account and if the person, company, or association indicated by the guest as being responsible for the account does not do so, the liability of the payment will be joint and several.
Any charges for guest services and for damage to park property, not previously billed at the time of departure, may be added to the account for settlement or charged to the same credit card used to pay the account. An invoice will be sent for any outstanding monies notifying guests of all charges.
Guests are solely responsible for their own property at all times at Breeze Holiday Parks. If property is lost, stolen or damaged at Breeze Holiday Parks, we are under no obligation to replace the property, compensate for, or liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breeze is not responsible or liable for any accident or, direct or indirect loss during the guests stay.

Deposits & payments
The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or postal address supplied. The balance is due upon check-in (off peak), or 30 days prior to arrival (peak).

The types of personal information we collect
We collect information both in person at our Parks or via internet booking engines (including www.booking.com) and online travel agents, to allow you to make a reservation at one of our Parks.
The information we collect to do this includes:
- Name
- Address
- Contact details
- details of your stay with us (arrival and departure time, and number of other guests).
- Vehicle including registration number and the make, model
- Dimensions of any caravans or trailers that are the subject of your reservation.
The only transactional information we collect at booking is confirmation of payment or balance owing.
Why we collect personal information
We, use the personal information you provide for the following purposes:
- Register your details with Breeze Holiday Parks
- Record your booking or other purchase with Breeze Holiday Parks
- To maintain a database of current and past guests
- Subscribing to our email newsletter
- Effectively administer records, accounts and financial transactions
- Assist our internal administration and operations
- Establish residential tenancy agreements
Additionally, we use the information within log files to help us screen for potential risk and breaches (in particular, IP addresses), and more generally to improve and optimize our site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

How long do we keep your personal information?
If we no longer need the personal information we hold about you, we take steps to delete, destroy or de-identify that information. All information is stored in accordance with a data retention policy that sets out how long we keep different types of information, depending on what the information is and the purpose for which it was collected. For example, we need to keep information about your reservation in order to provide you with accommodation at one of our Parks. It may also be necessary for us to retain personal information to comply with our legal obligations; or for insurance or audit purposes.
Marketing
We also use personal information to market and promote our products and services, including to:
- Contact you about special offers or promotions we think may be of interest to you (where we have a legal basis to process your information in this way); and
- Conduct marketing and web tracking analysis.
When you provide your personal details to us, you consent to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes (unless you have already opted out of marketing, or until you opt-out). Personal information may be disclosed for marketing purposes to an organisation or people who assist in our direct marketing, for example an external mail house.

We collect information relating to your web activity when you access and browse our Websites. In particular, we may collect information using cookies, and similar technologies, designed to provide information to help us improve the use of our Websites and to better tailor the content we provide.
