Refund Policy

• Please see the below cancellation fees for the accommodation in which you have booked. 
• We do not refund FOR LATE CANCELLATIONS OR for early departure.

Off-Peak Periods

Sites:

• For off peak cancellations there is a minimum $30.00 administration fee.
• If you cancel your booking and advise us at least 14 days prior to the date of booking, we'll refund the balance of your deposit, minus the administration fee.
• Any cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will forfeit your deposit. 

Cabins:

• For off peak cancellations there is a minimum $50.00 administration fee.
• If you cancel your booking and advise us at least 14 days prior to the date of booking, we'll refund the balance of your deposit, minus the administration fee.
• Any cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will forfeit your deposit. 

Luxury Apartments:

• For off peak period cancellations there is a $100 administration fee.
• If you cancel your booking and advise us at least 21 days prior to the date of your booking, we'll refund the balance of your deposit, minus the administration fee.
• Any cancellations made with less than 21 days notice will forfeit your deposit. 

Peak Periods

Sites:

• For peak period cancellations there is a minimum $50.00 administration fee.
• If you cancel your booking and advise us at least 21 days prior to the date of your booking, we'll refund the balance of your deposit, minus the administration fee.
• All cancellations made with less than 21 days notice will forfeit your deposit. 

Cabins:

• For peak period cancellations there is a $100 administration fee.
• If you cancel your booking and advise us at least 21 days prior to the date of your booking, we'll refund the balance of your deposit, minus the administration fee.
• Any cancellations made with less than 21 days notice will forfeit your deposit. 

Luxury Apartments:

• For peak period cancellations there is a $150 administration fee.
• If you cancel your booking and advise us at least 21 days prior to the date of your booking, we'll refund the balance of your deposit, minus the administration fee.
• Any cancellations made with less than 21 days notice will forfeit your deposit.

Any further refund will be at Murray River Hideaway's absolute discretion, depending upon the situation.

Dogs Welcome - Selected Sites only

When you arrive at our park for your stay, you will be required to sign an agreement which outlines the rules relating to your stay at our park. Dogs will be welcomed at the managers’ discretion.

Please Note: Our Park is on the edge of the Barmah National Park which boast a range of wildlife, Unfortunately the Barmah National Parks does not allow dogs and although it's not very well signed they are patrolled by Parks Victoria. As park owners we take no responsibility for any fine incurred in the Barmah National Park. We offer a large open grassed dog run area and allow you to walk your leashed dog within the Holiday Park grounds.

• Your dog will only be permitted if it is well-controlled, well-behaved, and does not present a danger to other Park users (animals included).
• Your dog must be always kept on a leash at all times.
• All dog faeces must be collected and disposed of appropriately, double bagged and into a rubbish bin.
• The Park Owners reserve the right to exclude any animal from the Park without giving reason.
• You must agree to take full responsibility for any personal injury or damage caused by your dog or horse whilst at the Park.
• To make everyone's stay a happy stay at our Holiday Park, we do not allow dogs to accompany owners staying in our Kookaburra cabin and Luxury Apartments, as pets are not permitted inside these accommodation options.
• Ibis Cabin, Powered, Unpowered and Ensuite Sites are all pet friendly.

If you do not agree to these conditions by signing a waiver and indemnity, your dog will not be permitted into the Park.

Bookings & Deposits ​

• We accept bookings up to 12 months in advance.
• Upon making a booking a minimum 50% deposit is payable.
• Bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.

Luxury Apartments, Cabins & Campsites

• Cabins and camp Sites require a minimum 50% deposit on the day of booking.
• Payment plans are available up to 1st December.
• Minimum booking period applies over holiday periods.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park or park listed on BIG4.com.au. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
