• Sorry our luxury glamping retreat is not Pet Friendly. A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if any Pets have been found to be staying in the retreat.
• Our Caravan Park is pet-friendly.

Booking Conditions and Cancellations

• Non-Peak: Refunds may only be available for cancellations made 14 days or more before the booking arrival date.
• Peak: Refunds will only be available for cancellations made 30 days or more before the booking arrival date.
• “Peak” includes: Christmas School Holidays, Australia Day, Labour Day Weekend, Kings Birthday Weekend, Easter Holidays, Grand Final Eve Public Holiday & Melbourne Cup Weekend and any other dates deemed as “Peak” at management’s discretion.
• A $25.00 (AUD) cancellation fee applies to all bookings.

• First night deposit is required to secure your booking
• Full payment of the booking is required at the time of booking if the arrival date is within 7 days.

For this park

Pets are only permitted on Ensuite & Powered Sites at our Caravan Park. Pets are not permitted in our Retreat Tents.

• The pet must be leashed at all times whilst not in your van or tent or other accommodations.
• The pet must have access to water at all times
• The pet must be supervised at all times and never left unattended including inside a tent or van or other accommodations.
• For health and safety reasons pets are not allowed in any common areas of the Park including: amenities, reception or any public areas.
• For health and safety reasons pets must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the Park (unless a designated pet wash area has been provided). Additionally, any pet related accessories such pet blankets, etc. should not be washed or cleaned within the Park.
• Pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their pet’s waste, in a sealed ‘pet do’ plastic bag and disposed of in rubbish bins.
• Pet owners are 100% responsible for vaccinating their pets against severe, life-threatening diseases that have a global distribution, and will be held responsible for any injuries or disease caused to other guests and pets using the park.
• Pet owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their pet.
• The pet owner must agree that the Park owner/manager reserves the right to evict any guests who breaches any of the above rules or whose pet is deemed noisy, disruptive, and aggressive or the subject of complaints from other guests. It is the pet owner’s responsibility and the pet owner’s alone to control and manage their pet. If in the view of the Park management this has not happened to an acceptable level the owner and the pet may be evicted from the Park, without prior warning, immediately at the manager’s discretion.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
