Tim Freedman's Moonlit Deck

Performances

After three sold out Hamer Hall shows with Melbourne Symphony Orchestra in September 2025, Tim Freedman is ready to strip things back and get his cabaret on.

There is nothing more classic than a man and his piano, and an audience ready to listen. With his delicate piano stylings and lyrics of good-natured cynicism, intimate smaller theatres around the country have become a staple of his touring cycle as a relaxing antidote to the highly charged rock rooms and concert halls of The Whitlams' full band and orchestra shows.

Guiding you through the highlights of his nine-album catalogue with songs such as Blow Up the Pokies and No Aphrodisiac, and into some lesser known detours including the recent country outing, The Whitlams Black Stump album Kookaburra, Tim looks forward to meeting you up close and personal.

The event starts with support artist, Rob Snarski followed by Tim Freedman. The duration of the show is 2 hours, 10 minutes, including a 20-minute interval.

If you require additional assistance to participate, please get in contact with the organisers.
