Surfing & the Beach

A nice broad water area where the river meets the sea is perfect for the littlies to have a splash, and also great to launch the canoe and have a paddle up the river.

Some easy waves for surfing and body boarding, (Surf lesson and Board hire through park seasonal) all patrolled by the Wye River Surf Club over the summer season. Take a walk along the rock shelfs and explore the rock pools. And for the fishing fans there’s plenty of spots great for a catch too.
