Changes & cancellations

  • Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
  • If notice of your cancellation is received within 72 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
  • Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
  • If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  • Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay

Bookings Staying (19th December 2025 - 25th January 2026)

  • Modifications to bookings are allowed up to 1 December 2025.
  • Modifications to bookings after 1 December 2025 will attract a fee of 25% of total booking cost.
  • Cancellations made to bookings are allowed up to 1 December 2025.
  • Cancellations made to bookings after 1 December will attract a fee of 25% of total booking cost, with the remaining 75% of total booking cost held in credit until 1 April 2026 for use in a future booking
  • Refunds are not offered for reduction in nights stayed due to changes in weather.
  • If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  • Booking must be made under the name of person attending the park
  • Total occupant numbers must be listed on the reservation.
  • All attempts to accommodate room / site requests will be made however we cannot guarantee a specific room or site.

Bookings Staying (2nd - 6th April 2026)

  • Modifications to bookings are allowed up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty
  • Modifications to bookings within the 30 days prior to arrival window will attract a fee of 25% of total booking cost. Note, moving dates of reservation outside of the peak Easter period constitutes a booking cancellation and subsequent rebooking.
  • Cancellations made to bookings are allowed up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty

Pets

BIG4 Tasman Holiday Parks - Warrnambool allow pets on camp sites & specified cabins only.

With the comfort and well-being of all our guests in mind, Tasman Holiday Parks - Warrnambool has a standard set of rules for guests who wish to bring their pet on holidays. Guests travelling with pets are required to contact our Park directly in advance and apply to bring their pet with them on their stay.

  • Upon arrival it is the managers' discretion as to accept and welcome the dog/pet into our Park. Upon acceptance by the Park Manager, the dog/pet owner must then agree to and sign the standard 'Pet Policy/Pet Owner Agreement' document. 
  • The dog/pet must be leashed at all times whilst not in your van or tent. No exceptions. 
  • A leash must be no more than two metres in length.  This includes no dog/pet 'runs' to be set up by dog/pet owners. 
  • For health and safety reasons dog/pets are not allowed in any common areas of the park including: decks, camp kitchen, amenities, playground, reception or any public areas. 
  • Dog/pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their dog/pets waste in a sealed 'doggy do' plastic bag and disposed of in rubbish bins.
  • For health and safety reasons dog/pets must not be washed or cleaned anywhere within the Park. Additionally, any dog/pet related accessories such as pet blankets etc should not be washed or cleaned within the Park. 
  • Dog/pet owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions by or because of their dog/pet. 
  • The dog/pet owner must agree that the Park owner/manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog/pet is deemed noisy, disruptive and aggressive or the subject of complaints from other guests. 
  • It is the dog/pet owner's responsibility and the dog/pet owner's alone to control and manage their dog/pet.  If in the view of the Park management this has not happened to an acceptable level, the owner and the dog/pet may be evicted from the park, without prior warning, immediately at the manager's discretion.

Deposits & payments

  • First night is payable at the time of booking.
  • Total stay cost to be paid 72 hours prior to arrival.
  • Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

Bookings Staying (19th December 2025 - 25th January 2026)

  • 1 Night Deposit is to be paid at time of booking
  • 25% of total stay cost is due by 1 May 2025
  • 50% of total stay cost is due by 1 August 2025
  • 75% of total stay cost is due by 1 October 2025
  • 100% of total stay cost is due by 1 December 2025

If you are unable to meet the deposit due dates, you must contact the park to make alternate arrangements. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and forfeiture of any money paid. We will make every attempt to assist you.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
