Changes & cancellations
1. Deposits will be refunded provided at least 7 days notice is given, or the booking may be transferred to a mutually suitable date.
2. Where less than 7 days notice of cancellation is given, one nights accommodation will be forfeited. This is not applicable during Covid lockdowns and a full refund will be issued.
3. Tariffs and deposits are non refundable if your stay is cut short on day of arrival or during your stay.
4. Confirmed bookings during peak times cannot be reduced prior to arrival.

Pets
BIG4 Narrawong Island does not allow pets.
What you need to know
BIG4 Narrawong Island Holiday Park Management will endeavor to honor requests for preferred units but also reserves the right to alter sites/units under special circumstances. We envisage that these special circumstances will be rare. However, should this need occur, guests will be notified in advance (whenever possible) and a no refund/discount policy will apply.
BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
