Early Bird:  

• Full payment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. 
• Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking. 
• Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.

• If the notice of your cancellation is received within 30 days of arrival, deposits paid are non-refundable.

We welcome guests with pets on selected sites and cabins at this park. To provide for your comfort and the comfort of our other guests, we have implemented the following conditions in regard to your occupancy on pet friendly sites/cabins.

Pets are charged at $15 per pet, per night for cabins (payable direct at the park) and not all cabins accept pets. Please ensure you have added your pet to your booking.

• Park Management has the absolute discretion in relation to any pets being permitted in the park.
• All pets must be council registered and checked in at reception upon arrival.
• Only 2 pets per site/cabin allowed.
• Pets are welcome all year round.
• Owners are responsible for disposing of all pet waste appropriately.
• For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in any communal areas or Park facilities under any circumstances.
• Pets are not permitted to swim in any Ingenia Holiday Park pool, wet playground or lagoon.
• Pets are only permitted on sites and designated cabins (Puppy Penthouse, Pet Friendly 2 Bedroom Cabin, Deluxe Cabins).
• A pet cleaning fee applies per booking.
• Pets must never be left unattended and must be on a secure leash when you are not in your tent, caravan or cabin.
• Pets may only be walked on Park roadways.
• Pets must not interfere with other guests’ and residents’ quiet enjoyment: barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time and will result in instant departure, without refund of site fees.
• Dogs must not be on the dangerous dogs list.
• Washing/Drying of pet or bedding etc. within the park laundry is not permitted.
• All decisions regarding pets are at managers discretion.
• The guest shall be liable for any damage or injury whatsoever caused by pet(s) and shall pay the Park Manager immediately for any costs incurred as a result of damage or injury caused.
• The guest accepts full responsibility and indemnifies the Park Manager/owner for any claims by or injuries to third parties or their property caused by or as a result of actions by their pet(s).
• The guest must promptly notify the Park Manager of any change to the above information.
• The guest must read and agreed to the terms of the Pet Policy
• The guest agree to abide by the Pet Policy and that the Park Manager agrees to permit the guest to keep the pet(s) described in this agreement in accordance with the Pet Policy.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
