Enjoy our spacious motel-style accommodation! It features a queen bed, bunks, and a single bed. We provide bed linen for all beds except the top bunk. You’ll love the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, ensuite, 42" LCD TV, DVD player, and iPod/iPhone dock. Plus, there's split system air conditioning to keep you comfy.
Bring your furry friend along! This unit is pet friendly. A $50 cleaning fee is due on arrival.

• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.

We love pets at Nagambie Lifestyle Park! Dogs are welcome at Managers discretion, terms and conditions apply.
Deposits & payments
Deposit Requirements – Off-Peak Periods:
Non-Promotional/ Non-Discounted Rates:
• A deposit equal to 1 Night’s accommodation is payable at time of booking.
• The balance is due on the morning of arrival.
Promotional/ Discounted Rates:
• A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is payable at time of booking.
•The balance is due on the morning of arrival.
Deposit Requirements – Peak Events:
All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:
• Full pre-payment is required at time of booking.
• Includes any peak events in the area, and long weekends (excluding those which fall in the Dec/ Jan school holiday period)
Deposit and Cancellation Policy – Groups of more than 3 Cabins/ Sites - Off-Peak Periods:
• 50% Deposit is required within 14 days of making the booking, all unpaid cabins/ sites will be released after 14 days.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to arrival. If not received, all cabins/ sites will be released.
What you need to know
Extra Person Policy:
• Cabin and site pricing is based on 2 persons, regardless of age.
• Children under the age of 3 stay for free in existing bedding.
• The fee for additional persons aged 3 years and over is $10 per additional person, per night.
Smoking Policy:
We are a non-smoking property. A fee of $250 will apply for smoking inside of our cabins.
Excess Cleaning Fees and Damages:
• Fees from $200 apply if excessive cleaning is required upon your departure from the park.
• In the event of damages caused to park property, a fee of $250 or the value of the damages caused (whichever is greater) will apply.
