Overview

Our two bedroom Matilda Cedar Cabins have a double bed with linen supplied in the main bedroom, and two sets of bunk beds in an L-shape in the second bedroom, with no linen supplied. All bunks have a mattress protector with no pillows or blankets. Linen hire is available at $16 per bed for the stay.

A fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities including an electric bench top, cooker/grill, microwave and full-size refrigerator. Lounge/dining area offers a two seater sofa or two chairs, television, DVD player, reverse cycle air-conditioning and bathroom. Linen hire is available at $16 per bed for the stay.

Changes & cancellations

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Individual Bookings: Refunds will be issued, minus a $25.00 administration fee, with 30 days or more notice. If less than 30 days notice is given, deposits will be refunded, excluding a $25 administration fee, only if the vacancy is resold.
Group Bookings (5 or more cabins/powered sites): Refunds will be given, less a $25.00 administration fee, with 60 days or more notice. Deposits, minus a $25 administration fee, will be refunded only if the vacancy is resold.

No Refunds for Early Departure.

Full Payment: Full payment is required no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date for reservations. Failure to provide full payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the reservation, and your deposit shall be forfeited as outlined in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Pets

We have one, two-bedroom dog-friendly cabin available where your dog can sleep inside the cabin with you. NB: Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. Dogs are NOT allowed anywhere else in the park. Dogs are not permitted in any other cabins or on any sites. To avoid disappointment, please call before you book to ensure that our dog-friendly cabin is available for when you want to stay. Our friendly team will be happy to advise you. Deposits & payments

A credit card deposit equivalent to the first night's accommodation is required at time of booking unless otherwise specified. The balance is due on check-in.

The Park will process a charge against your Credit Card and send a confirmation to the email address supplied. Reception Hours - 8.30am-6.30pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact us during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. No Shows - Guests who fail to arrive on designated day - or who arrive after reception hours and have not made alternate arrangements - will forfeit the cost of the first night. Special Requests - are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation. Credit Card Required - A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the Park. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Minimum stays may apply as noted on the booking screen at various times of year and for various offers. Pets - with the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted in the park. We have one dog-friendly cabin only and limited dog-friendly sites within our designated dog-friendly zone called ""Scentral Park"". Please call before you book to confirm availability. Fees for Under 2-year-olds - No charge under 2 years. Check Out - by 10 am. Late checkouts can be arranged at extra charge where available. Check In - from 2 pm. Right of Refusal - We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to: * Not be the same person named on the booking request * Not be the same person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card * Not be able to pay for charges * May cause damage to property of the Park or other guests * May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour * Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age * Be concealing a pet or other unauthorised animal * For any other justifiable reason. Socially Unacceptable Behaviour - We reserve the right to eject guests deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given. Charges will apply for any damage caused. BIG4 Discount - BIG4 card, valid on date of arrival and in the guest's name, must be shown to receive BIG4 Member discount.

Adding Collection Costs
In the event where your overdue account is referred to a collection agency and/or law firm, you will be liable for all costs which would be incurred as if the debt is collected in full, including legal demand costs."
