Overview

Our 2 Bedroom Deluxe Villa features a queen bed in the master bedroom and two sets of bunks in the second bedroom. All linen is provided!

The cabin includes a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and gas cooktop. Enjoy the open plan living and dining area, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hand basin, plus reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort.

Please note, these villas aren't suitable for pets.

Cancellation Rules – Off-Peak Periods:

Non-Promotional/ Non-Discounted Rates:
• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Promotional/ Discounted Rates:
• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 2 days (48hr) prior to the booked arrival date.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Rules – Peak Events (excluding those that fall within the Dec/ Jan school holiday period):

All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:
• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 14 days prior to the booked arrival date, or if the event you were attending is cancelled.
• If the reservation is cancelled after this time or if the booking is a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:
• Your deposit may be held as a credit for a future booking, or a refund may be organised if cancellation is made prior to 2pm, 14 days prior to the booked arrival date.

Pets are welcome at Paynesville Holiday Park at Managers discretion, terms and conditions apply.

Deposits & payments

Deposit Requirements – Off-Peak Periods:

Non-Promotional/ Non-Discounted Rates:

• A deposit equal to 1 Night’s accommodation is payable at time of booking.
• The balance is due on the morning of arrival.

Promotional/ Discounted Rates:

• A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking cost is payable at time of booking.
•The balance is due on the morning of arrival.

All Bookings and rate types, including Groups of more than 3 rooms:

• Full pre-payment is required at time of booking.
• Includes any peak events in the area, and long weekends (excluding those which fall in the Dec/Jan school holiday period)

What you need to know

Child and Extra Person Policy:
• Cabin and site pricing is based on 2 persons, regardless of age.
• Children under the age of 3 stay for free in existing bedding.
• The fee for additional children aged 3 - 15 years of age is $10 per additional child, per night.
• The fee for additional persons aged 16 years of age and over is $15 per additional person, per night.

Smoking Policy:
We are a non-smoking property. A fee of $250 will apply for smoking inside of our cabins.

Excess Cleaning Fees and Damages:
• Fees from $200 apply if excessive cleaning is required upon your departure from the park.
• In the event of damages caused to park property, a fee of $250 or the value of the damages caused (whichever is greater) will apply.
