Changes & cancellations

Best Flexible Rate & Kids Stay Free:

  1. Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
  2. First night is payable at the time of booking.
  3. Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
  4. If notice of your cancellation is received within 24 hours to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
  5. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.

Early Bird & Midweek Special:

  1. Non-Refundable credit card pre-payment is required for entire stay at the time of booking.
  2. Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking.
  3. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  4. Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.

Semi-Flexible Rate (7 Day Cancellation)

  1. Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
  2. First night is payable at the time of booking. Outstanding payment due 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
  3. Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
  4. If notice of your cancellation is received within 7 days to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.

Semi-Flexible Rate (30 Day Cancellation)

  3. Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
  4. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
  5. If notice of your cancellation is received within 30 days to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
  6. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.

Summer Holiday Rate

  1. Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
  2. First night is payable at the time of booking. Outstanding payment due 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
  3. Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
  4. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival (less an administration fee of $50).
  5. If notice of your cancellation is received within 90 days to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
  6. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.

Stay 4 Save 25%

  1. Minimum of 4 nights stay applicable.
  2. First night Non-Refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
  3. Reservations may be cancelled or amended up until 2pm prior to your arrival with the first night non refundable payment forfeited.
  4. If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
  5. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
  6. Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
  7. If you wish to reduce your nights booked after commencement of your stay with us, we will hold your remaining funds in credit for 12 months from the day of cancellation.

Pets

We welcome guests with pets at this park, during a TRIAL PERIOD until August 1st 2025.

To provide for your comfort and the comfort of our other guests, we have implemented the following conditions in regard to your stay.

Guests must read and abide by the terms of this Pet Policy.

  • All decisions regarding pets are at the Park Manager’s discretion.
  • Blackout dates may apply during busy periods.
  • There is a limit of one (1) pet per booking unless prior arrangement has been made for additional pets.
  • Guests must accept full responsibility and indemnify the Park Manager/owner for any claims by (or injuries to) third parties or their property caused by or as a result of actions by their pet(s).
  • Guests shall be liable for any damage or injury caused by their pet(s) and shall pay the Park Manager immediately for any costs incurred.
  • All pets must be council registered and checked in at reception on arrival.
  • Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly cabins and sites.
  • Note: A minimum $200 cleaning charge may apply if cabin has been soiled.
  • Pets must never be left unattended and must be on a secure leash when you are not in your tent, caravan or cabin.
  • Pets must not interfere with other guests’ and residents’ quiet enjoyment: barking or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated at any time and will result in instant departure, without refund of site/cabin fees.
  • For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in any communal areas or park facilities under any circumstances. This includes amenity blocks, camp kitchens, pools, splash parks, playgrounds and lagoon areas.
  • Pets may only be walked on park roadways.
  • Owners are responsible for disposing of all pet waste appropriately.
  • Size restrictions may apply in some parks, check with park for details.
  • We encourage guests to bring their dog’s bedding.

Deposits & payments

A deposit equal to the first night will be required for phone bookings at the time of making the booking. A credit card deposit equivalent to the full cost of the booking will be required at the time of booking online. For peak season and special events, a full payment is required at time of booking. Final payments for peak weekends must be paid by the advised due date or booking will be cancelled. Cancellation policy will apply to all bookings.

Fees

  • Extra Adult: $15 per night
  • Extra Child: $10 per night

What you need to know

  • Ingenia Holidays Inverloch Foreshore is now pet friendly – Trial Period Until August 1st 2025.
  • Strictly one car per cabin/site. Additional vehicles will not be permitted access at any time.
  • Facilities may have to be closed without notice due to unforseen circumstances and maintenance issues.
  • Infants are included in the number of people allowed.
  • In-Park Perks Terms and Conditions - Early Check in from 12 noon subject to availability, Late Checkout to 12 noon subject to availability, Newspaper must be ordered day before for free delivery, newspaper not available same day.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
