Overview

Our Superior 2 Bedroom Cabins are a fantastic accommodation option for both families and friends. With a queen bed and TV in the main bedroom, two sets of bunk beds in the second bedroom, our Cabins will sleep six comfortably. A modern fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your holiday including a full-size fridge, microwave, and stove top, ideal for cooking up a storm, modern bathroom, lounge with reverse cycle air con/heat pump, TV, dining area and undercover patio, our Cabins give guests a quiet home to come back to at the end of a fun-filled day exploring the East Coast.

Reception hours

Our summer reception hours are 8:30am - 7pm weekdays and 9am-6pm weekends. Our winter reception hours are 8:30am - 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Weekends. These hours may be extended during peak periods. There is a buzzer at Reception for after hours emergencies. Guests arriving outside of these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day will forfeit their deposit.

Changes & cancellations

We endeavour to do all we can to make your stay with us enjoyable. We understand that at times you may need to change or cancel your travel plans, so the following cancellations/changes conditions apply:
  • If a cancellation is less than 28 days prior to arrival the full payment is forfeited.
  • If a cancellation is 28 days or more prior to arrival a refund will be provided, less a $50 administration fee per site/cabin and credit card fees if applicable.

Pets

We welcome well-behaved dogs year round, including all peak periods on Sites and some Cabins. Please check with Reception.

Deposits & payments

A deposit of 1 night or payment in full by credit card is required at the time of booking (dependent on time of year and the day of your booking). You may pay your balance via direct deposit. If so, please state your reservation number and name as a reference: BSB: 067-018 ACCT: 1007-0678.

Peak period payments require full payment prior to arrival by the following dates: Christmas 20 December-24 January by 1 October, Australia Day Long Weekend by 27 December, Easter Long Weekend by 1 February, March Long Weekend by 10 February and November Long Weekend by 3 October. All other periods is 2 days prior to arrival. These can be paid in instalments via arrangements with reception.

What you need to know

Reception Hours
Office Hours: 8:30am-5pm. These hours are extended during peak periods. As a courtesy, please make arrangements for out-of-hours arrivals and departures with office staff prior to your stay.

Pets
  • Well-behaved dogs are welcome year round on caravan and camping sites and selected cabin accommodation, including all peak period times, at the Manager's discretion.
  • Dogs are not permitted inside any of our non pet-friendly accommodation or facilities (with the exception of registered Guide Dogs), but they are permitted on cabin balconies.
  • Please contact us directly to discuss your pet and travel needs.
  • A $25 additional dog cleaning fee is applicable for all cabin bookings and is charged upon arrival.
Fees
  • Site Extras: $15 per person per night. Cabin Extras: $25 per person per night.
  • A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check-in. Any damage caused may be charged against that card. Minimum stays may apply over peak season or special events. There is no charge for children under two years old who sleep in a cot. 
Bonds
A bond payment may be requested at time of booking or check-in. This will be refunded within five days based on satisfactory inspection of the accommodation/satisfactory behaviour of the client(s)/group. Damage/Undue Cleaning: Any damage or extra cleaning as a result of your stay will result in extra charges being applied to your account and processed on your credit card.

Sites
Our powered sites may be large but please remember only one set up (one caravan, tent, motorhome or camper trailer) and 6 people max are allowed per site.  

Bunks
Australian Standards maintain that children need to be nine years old or above to sleep on the top bunk and even though it’s fun, they aren’t allowed to play on the top bunk either. Please make your booking with this in mind.

Smoking
Please note that smoking is not permitted inside any cabin, glamping tent, holiday park facilities or in and around the community areas.

Guaranteed Sites/Cabins
Please note that whilst we do our best to cater for guest requests, we are unable to guarantee site or cabin numbers. You are guaranteed a site or cabin within the category that you have booked.

Due to operational reasons, sites and cabins are allocated at the discretion of the park and may be moved without notice to a site or cabin within the same category, for example due to a maintenance issue or to accommodate a new booking.

Photography and Social Media
You and your children may be photographed for marketing purposes. Photos may be posted on social media. Please advise upon check-in if you do not wish to be photographed.

In Park Perks
  • Early check in is subject to availability, can only be confirmed on the morning of check in.
  • Late check out is subject to availability, can only be confirmed on the night prior to check out.
  • Free treats on arrival.
Eviction
We reserve the right to evict guests from the park who are deemed by management to be:
  • Behaving in a socially unacceptable way
  • Causing damage
  • Disturbing other guests
  • Using unacceptable language
  • Concealing a dog in unpermitted accommodation
  • When all guests in a booking are under the age of 18
  • Not the guests as stated on the booking and/or credit card
  • Otherwise breaking Park Rules.
No refund will be given, and charges will apply for any damage caused.
