Equipped with a queen bed and spacious living areas, these villas provide an ideal setup for a romantic holiday together. Prepare a meal for your loved one in the fully equipped kitchen, then pour a glass of wine to accompany it and head outside to the patio enjoy what you’ve created.

We have select dog friendly cabin options available, please read our pets terms and conditions. 

This spacious villa is also perfect for people requiring wheelchair accessible facilities, it includes wide doorways and large accessible bathroom with roll in shower, stainless steel handrails and folding seat in shower. The villa complies with the Australian Standard 1428.1-2009.

Changes & cancellations

Booking Policy

All reservations require a bond (deposit) to be paid at the time of the reservation. Without a bond, we are unable to make you a reservation. The minimum bond payable is equal to one night’s tariff. Any changes to reservations or cancellations will incur an administration fee of $39.00.

All cancellations must be made directly with the park in writing. Upon cancellation, monies paid can be credited to a client account for future stays. Any money transferred for future stays at the parks will only be valid for 12 months from the original reservation date. No credit or refund will be available for early departures or cancellations once arrived. A credit cannot be exchanged for a refund.
 

Off-peak periods

Cabins

Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, will receive a refund of monies paid minus an administration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days from the reservation surrender the bond (one night's tariff). Any remaining monies can be refunded or applied to a client account. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, surrender all monies paid.
 

Sites

Cancellations received more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full credit or refund. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the reservation will surrender all monies paid.
 

Peak periods

Cabins & Sites

Full payment may be required by a designated date; this will be supplied upon the reservation (approx. 30 days for peak and selected peak periods). Cancellations made before the designated full payment date will receive a refund of all monies paid minus an administration fee. Cancellations made after the designated full payment date surrender all monies paid.

Pets

BIG4 Port Hughes is a dog-friendly holiday park and allows dogs most of the year, excluding Christmas/New Years peak period and the Easter Long Weekend. We offer multiple accommodation options available to book so you can bring your favourite pet with you for your next stay. To ensure that you enjoy your stay with all of our other guests, we must ensure that all dog owners take full responsibility for their pet and ensure they do not disturb other guests when on the property. Please see our pet policy for full terms and conditions.

Deposits & payments

The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or postal address supplied. The balance is due upon check-in (off peak), or 30 days prior to arrival (peak).

The types of personal information we collect

We collect information both in person at our Parks or via internet booking engines (including www.booking.com) and online travel agents, to allow you to make a reservation at one of our Parks.

The information we collect to do this includes:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Contact details
  • details of your stay with us (arrival and departure time, and number of other guests).
  • Vehicle including registration number and the make, model
  • Dimensions of any caravans or trailers that are the subject of your reservation.

The only transactional information we collect at booking is confirmation of payment or balance owing.

Why we collect personal information

We, use the personal information you provide for the following purposes:

  • Register your details with Breeze Holiday Parks
  • Record your booking or other purchase with Breeze Holiday Parks
  • To maintain a database of current and past guests
  • Subscribing to our email newsletter
  • Effectively administer records, accounts and financial transactions
  • Assist our internal administration and operations
  • Establish residential tenancy agreements

Additionally, we use the information within log files to help us screen for potential risk and breaches (in particular, IP addresses), and more generally to improve and optimize our site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
