Centrally located within our park, these self-contained cabins offer everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each cabin features 1 queen bed and 2 single beds, linen provided. The bathroom contains free toiletries, toilet, shower and towels. The living area contains a dining table, TV and reverse cycle A/C. The kitchenette contains a microwave, kitchenware, full refrigerator, electric kettle, hotplate and toaster. Free Wi-Fi is available to guests throughout the Park.

Changes & cancellations

In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your stay with us, the following cancellation and refund policy will apply:

  • If you provide more than 72 hours notice of your cancellation, a full refund will be given.*
  • If you provide less than 72 hours notice of your cancellation, your deposit will not be refunded.*

Alternatively, if you would like to retain your monies paid on your guest account this can be held for a maximum of 12 months from the date of cancellation, after this time all monies paid will be retained.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for Early Departures or Change of Dates. Your booking is for a set time and once confirmed by you, any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked, unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy.

Refund Conditions: If you have provided the necessary notice of cancellation as per the cancellation policy and you are entitled to receive a refund, please note that for security reasons the deposit will be refunded to the original method of payment i.e. credit card refunded onto the same card as the one the deposit was paid on.

Guests who fail to notify of cancellation or non-arrivals will forfeit all monies paid.

*Peak Times: Peak Times may be subject to different Cancellation Policy conditions. Please refer to your Booking Confirmation email for further details. Peak Times include school holidays, public holidays, long weekends, Easter, Christmas and some local events. 

 

Pets

Any bookings with pets must contact the park to discuss prior to booking. Pets only allowed on sites, not in cabins.

Deposits & payments

First night is paid on booking. Full payment is due on arrival.

If arriving outside of Office Hours, Please call the Park to arrange am After Hours Check-in.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
