Changes & cancellations
Seasonal cancellation policies apply as below:
- On-line booking fees will not be refunded.
- There are no refunds for early departures.
- A $35 administration fee for all cancellations will be deducted from any refunds given.
PEAK SEASON:
- There are no refunds for reservations in peak season.
- Reservations at these times are unable to be shortened or refunded at anytime once reservation is confirmed.
All Reservations in peak season are over the below times:
- 25th December - 29th January
- Easter
- All long weekends
- Special Events
We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance in the unforeseen event that your plans should change and you are no longer able to stay with us when originally planned.
ALL YEAR (excluding PEAK SEASON):
- Deposits will be refunded if the Park is notified of the cancellation at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
- If notice is received less than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival the Park will retain all of the deposit.
- Failure to notify the Park of your cancellation or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, your reservation will be cancelled without any refund to you.
Deposits & payments
- A deposit equivalent to the first nights' accommodation will lock your stay in when booking.
- You will receive an email confirmation on receipt of your payment.
- Additional charges incurred during your stay are payable direct to the park and must be settled prior to your departure.

- Extra charges apply for day visitors
