Just right for four, our Two-Bedroom Accessible Superior Cabin is ideal for your next holiday on the Murray River!

This spacious, open-plan cabin offers a queen bed in the main bedroom, and a queen bed spilt in the second bedroom.

The cabin has a self-contained kitchen including a full-sized fridge, an outdoor dining area, and a TV in the living area. The easy-access bathroom in the cabin includes a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity with grab rails. The cabin has ramp access and is air-conditioned for your comfort.

We have select dog-friendly options available. Please notify us if you are bringing a dog. Additional charges apply.

Changes & cancellations

Booking Policy

All reservations require a bond (deposit) to be paid at the time of the reservation. Without a bond, we are unable to make you a reservation. The minimum bond payable is equal to one night’s tariff. Any changes to reservations or cancellations will incur an administration fee of $39.00.

All cancellations must be made directly with the park in writing. Upon cancellation, monies paid can be credited to a client account for future stays. Any money transferred for future stays at the parks will only be valid for 12 months from the original reservation date. No credit or refund will be available for early departures or cancellations once arrived. A credit cannot be exchanged for a refund.
 

Off-peak periods

Cabins
Cancellations received more than 14 days prior to the reservation date, will receive a refund of monies paid minus an administration fee. Cancellations made within 14 days from the reservation surrender the bond (one night's tariff). Any remaining monies can be refunded or applied to a client account. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation, surrender all monies paid.
 

Sites
Cancellations received more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full credit or refund. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the reservation will surrender all monies paid.
 

Peak periods

Cabins & Sites
Full payment may be required by a designated date; this will be supplied upon the reservation (approx. 30 days for peak and selected peak periods). Cancellations made before the designated full payment date will receive a refund of all monies paid minus an administration fee. Cancellations made after the designated full payment date surrender all monies paid.

Pets

  • BIG4 Mannum is a dog-friendly holiday park and allows dogs all year round.
  • We offer multiple accommodation options available to book so you can bring your favourite pet with you for your next stay.
  • To ensure that you enjoy your stay with all of our other guests, we must ensure that all dog owners take full responsibility for their pet and ensure they do not disturb other guests when on the property.

Deposits & payments

  • The park will process a charge against your credit card and send confirmation to the email or postal address supplied.
  • The balance is due upon check-in (off peak), or 30 days prior to arrival (peak).
