The rugged and ancient mountains are broken up by spectacular gorges, historic ruins from early settler life, open plains with kangaroos feeding, and big skies that often have wedge-tailed eagles soaring on high.

Walking the Flinders Ranges three and five day walks will be led by Rawnsley Park's principal bushwalking guide and bushwalking author Kym Tilbrook. The walks on these tours have been chosen as they cover a variety of different landscapes in the local area, which give the walkers a great insight in the diversity of the majestic Flinders Ranges.

Accommodation is in comfortable holiday units at Rawnsley Park Station, or upgrade to a luxury eco-villa. The evening meals on most nights are at the Rawnsley Woolshed Restaurant. On one night you take a helicopter flight to the Chace Range and camp in luxury swags with a camp oven meal. The final day is an 8 kilometre return walk to Rawnsley Park.
