Overview
There is room for the whole family in our two bedroom cabin with ensuite and kitchenette. Queen bedroom. Double bed + single fold out bunk above double bed in other room. TV, air conditioning, tea & coffee, shampoo, conditioner & body wash also provided.
* PLEASE NOTE* A $20 per night fee is applicable for pets in the cabin and is payable at the park upon check-in.

Changes & cancellations
Booking Changes: We understand life can get in the way and will try our best to accommodate you. However, requests will be subject to availability and the rate may differ depending on the new booking period tariffs.
Single Booking Cancellations: You will be fully refunded if cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the arrival date stated in the booking. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to arrival you will be refunded the full amount minus your deposit (equal to one night’s accommodation).
Group Booking Cancellations (two or more sites/cabins): You will be fully refunded if cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the arrival date stated in the booking. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival you will be refunded the full amount minus your deposit (equal to one night’s accommodation per site/cabin).
No-Shows/Early Departures: No refunds will be given for unused portions of your booking if you do not check-in on the day of your booking or you depart your stay early.
Pets
Thank you for choosing to stay at BIG4 Mount Compass Caravan Park. We believe pets are family and therefore we welcome your Dog or Cat to join you on your holiday. Like all our guests we want your fur babies to have a safe and comfortable time with us and have set out Guidelines & Conditions in our Pet Policy to ensure this.
Our Pet Policy:
- Pets must be registered, microchipped and fully vaccinated (including flea, tick, worming and all recommended vaccinations) prior to your stay at our park.
- A maximum of two (2) pets (Dogs and Cats) are permitted to stay per site.
- Rates: Free for sites, $20 per pet per night in Cabins.
- Your pet(s) must be under your control at all times.
- Your pet(s) must be supervised at all times within the park premises (including inside cabins, tents and vans) and never be left unattended.
- Your pet(s) must be on a lead at all times within the park unless otherwise indicated.
- You must pick up and dispose of your pet’s waste in the provided bins.
- Pets are not permitted in any food preparation or children play areas within the park.
- Do not wash your pets bedding in the guest washing machines. Please contact reception if you require pet items to be washed.
- As the guardian of your pet(s), you acknowledge that you are personally responsible for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage in relation to any action/s caused by your pet(s).
- You may be required to immediately leave the park if you do not comply with our Pet Policy or for any other reason we so determine at our discretion and all payments will be forfeited.
- Excessive barking or disruption may result in eviction.
Pet Friendly Cabins Additional Policies:
- For your convenience we have supplied a food and water bowl for your pet(s). Please do not use any of our cabin crockery to feed your pet(s).
- Your pet(s) may sleep inside at night on their own bedding.
- Pet(s) must not go on bed/s or furniture.
- A cleaning fee of up to AU$500 may apply if the above Pet Policy is not followed.
- As the guardian of your pet(s) you agree to abide by the above Pet Policy rules, guidelines, T&Cs and be bound by them in the event of a non-compliance to this Policy.
Deposits & payments
A deposit is the cost of the first night’s rate and must be received at the time of your booking. Deposits made by credit card will only be refunded back to the original credit card. Payments must be made prior to or at time of check-in. A credit/debit card surcharge may apply.
What you need to know
Check In: After 2pm for Cabins and after 1pm for Powered, Unpowered and Ensuite Sites.
Check Out: Before 10am on day of departure.
- Please return any keys or security cards at your time of departure. Replacement costs of lost/unreturned keys or cards may be charged.
- Cabins or ensuites left in an unsatisfactory state may incur a cleaning fee of up to AU$500.
Reception Hours: 9am to 5pm.

Safety: We have rules and guidelines to ensure the health, safety and comfort of all our guests. You and your party must obey all park rules, guidelines, signage and reasonable requests from park staff. Minors (under 18’s) must be supervised at all times. Smoking and/or Vaping is not permitted in or around the park facilities (fines may apply). For more information ask us about our park guidelines and rules.
Park Entry: We reserve the right to refuse entry into the park: If we reasonably determine that you, or someone in your party (including pet), could present a risk to the health or safety of our staff or guests at the park; if someone in your party fails to comply with our terms and conditions; or for any other reason we so determine in our discretion (including for our own purposes).
Day Guests: We request that paying guests who are expecting visitors during their stay inform reception staff at the time of check-in. During times of high occupancy we may refuse park entry to visitors. A tariff may apply for all day visitors to the park.
Camp Fires: Use of camp fire pits may not be permitted due to fire restrictions. Please contact reception if you require any information.
