Cancellation Policy:

• Peak Periods
• Off Peak Periods
• 30 days or more notice
• Refund of monies paid less a $30 cancellation fee
• Refund of monies paid less a $30 cancellation fee
• 15-29 days notice
• 50% refund of any monies paid
• 8-14 days notice
• 25% refund of any monies paid
• 7 days or less notice
• No refund

Amendments Policy: Should you need to change your dates we will do all possible to accommodate your new dates but this is subject to availability. For changes to dates within 15 days of due arrival date a $30 Administration Fee will be charged. Changes of date are not permitted within 7 days of due arrival date.

Failure to Notify of Cancellation/Early Departure: If you do not notify BIG4 Kurrimine Beach Holiday Park of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 8am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking may be cancelled by BIG4 Kurrimine Beach Holiday Park without any prior notice or refund to you.

Please note: We do not offer refunds if you choose to curtail your holiday. Refunds will be offered in the event that we have to close/evacuate the park due to natural disasters or other times outside of our control.

• We require a deposit equivalent to a one night stay at the time of booking.
• All bookings outside of peak periods the balance is then payable on arrival.
• For all bookings in peak periods* the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
• *Peak periods are all Queensland school holidays, public holidays & long weekends. All other times are considered as off-peak for the purpose of these booking conditions.
  

Whilst we are a pet friendly park and your dog is more than welcome we do ask that you seriously consider the implications of holidaying with your four legged friend, we have so many families that bring a dog on holiday and then end up taking it home again after a couple of days.

The added responsibility of looking after a dog in a caravan park does not always make for a relaxing time.

For the safety and quiet enjoyment of all our guests, we are strict on our pet policy.

• We ask that if you bring a pet with you that it must be on a leash and under control at all times, ensure you pack some doggy bags as you must clean up after your dog.
• Dogs are not permitted inside our cabins under any circumstances, they can be left on the deck/patio area.
• Dogs are also not permitted in children’s play areas or our camp kitchen.
• You cannot leave your dog unattended at your site and the dog must not annoy your neighbours.

In booking at BIG4 Kurrimine Beach I agree that:

* I am personally liable for the payment of the above account and if the person, company or association indicated by me as being responsible for payment of the same does not do so, that my liability for such payment shall be joint and several with such person, company or association.

* The signatory remains liable for any damages to the room or property therein, any damages to park equipment or any other charges incurred during the period of the room/site hire, and due to any action of them or their guests.

• The signatory understands that there is a charge for day visitors and overnight guests and that any such guests must be signed in with reception prior to using the parks facilities.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in all cabins and public buildings - a $100 charge will be imposed if guests have smoked inside the room
• Pets are strictly prohibited in all rooms - if pets are found to be the room a $200 charge will be imposed.
• We do reserve the right to charge an excessive cleaning fee of $25 per hour where rooms are left in an unreasonable state.
• In the event of the foregoing, the signatory gives the Kurrimine Beach Holiday Park the authority to charge the signatory's credit card for any losses or additional charges incurred.
• The BIG4 Kurrimine Beach Holiday Park undertakes that, in the event of any such charges, the BIG4 Kurrimine Beach Holiday Park will email/mail a copy of the guests account detailing all such charges, along with a copy of the credit card transaction, to the address given by the guest when completing the sign-in document.

Swimming Pool, Water Park, Obstacle Course and Flying Fox:
I do acknowledge that I have been given a copy of the Conditions of Entry (Rules of Water Park) to the water park (see Rules of Water Park over and as displayed on entry to water park area) and have read and understood those conditions. I further acknowledge that I will ensure that any children I may have with me will also abide by these conditions and I take full responsibility for their actions.

I also release the management or any other person or entity from any liability howsoever caused by any injury to myself or any child in my care and control upon the grounds known as the Kurrimine Beach Holiday Park and do further indemnify them against any judgement or award and/or legal costs on an indemnity basis which they may incur from any action which may be brought against them as a result of any such injury.

BIG4 Holiday Parks of Australia Pty Ltd is not the owner of any particular BIG4 Holiday Park or park listed on BIG4.com.au. BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4.com.au park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
