Best Flexible Rate
- First night is payable at the time of booking.
- Reservations can be cancelled or amended up until 2pm the day prior to arrival without penalty.
- If notice of your cancellation is received beyond this time, the park will retain the first night that has paid.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit.
- Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
- If you wish to reduce your nights booked after commencement of your stay with us, we will hold your remaining funds in credit for 12 months from the day of cancellation.
Early Bird
- First night Non-Refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
- Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended or adjusted after booking.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
- Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
Holiday Rate (7 Day Cancellation)
- First night is payable at the time of booking.
- Reservations can be amended or adjusted up until 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival
- Should you wish to cancel your booking you must notify the park 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival.
- If notice of your cancellation is received within 7 days to your scheduled arrival time, the park may retain all monies paid.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your booking will be cancelled without refund or credit
- Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
- If you wish to reduce your nights booked after commencement of your stay with us, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.
Stay 4 Pay 3
- Minimum of 4 night stay applicable.
- First night Non-Refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
- Reservations may be cancelled or amended up until 2pm prior to your arrival with the first night non refundable payment forfeited.
- If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
