Overview

Enjoy the great outdoors in tropical Queensland. Our unpowered sites are conveniently located close to amenities so simply pitch a tent or park up your camper trailer and relax to the sounds of the ocean. 

Larger grassed sites suitable for caravans, camper trailers or motorhomes. Each site is easily defined, neatly landscaped, well drained and close to one of three amenities blocks. Slight slope on the site. The maximum length of caravan permitted on these grass sites is 25ft (approx. 7.5m)

Please specify in the 'notes' section the length of your caravan, camper trailer or motorhome at the time of confirming the booking. It is very important that you book the correct size site for your set up.

Changes & cancellations

A fee of $20.00 will be charged for any cancellations. If a cancellation is within 28 days of arrival a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 nights deposit will be forfeited. No refunds apply for early departure.

Pets

Small dogs are welcome outside the peak season.

Deposits & payments

A deposit is required to secure every booking and must be paid at the time of booking. The minimum deposit is 1 night’s accommodation cost. Payment of deposit must be made by cash, credit card (MasterCard or Visa only) or EFTPOS. All guests are required to provide photo ID and a credit card for security on check-in. Bookings may be cancelled without notice if the deposit is not received by the agreed due date. Balance of payment for booking is required on arrival by cash, credit card or EFTPOS. (Please note that cheques are not accepted).

Fees

The tariff is based on the number and type of guests for the specified time and duration. Any amendments may change the tariff.

What you need to know

  • The management endeavours to hold the accommodation/site booked, however, they reserve the right to transfer the booking to a similar accommodation for the same period.
  • In accommodation with triple bunk beds, children under the age of 9 are not permitted to use the top bunk and children must not play on the top bunk.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry into BIG4 Tasman - Rowes Bay. A full refund will be issued under these circumstances.
  • Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

BIG4 Holiday Parks facilitates this booking service and is not responsible for the provision of services, standard of facilities or payments received. All bookings are made directly with the individual owner of this BIG4 Member Park and therefore BIG4 Holiday Parks will not accept any claims for refunds or credits.
