• Pets are allowed in your own accommodation not in onsite cabins (see below) and under NO circumstances are allowed inside any park cabin/villa accommodation. Pets are allowed on the cabin/villas verandas and must be kept on a lead at all times.

Best Flexible Rate 

• Deposit payment for the first night is required at the time of booking.
• Reservations may be cancelled or amended until 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival. If cancelled, all deposits will be refunded minus a $50 administration fee.
• If cancellation is received after 2:00 PM on the day prior to arrival, the park will retain the first-night deposit or a $50 administration fee - whichever is greater.
• Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.
• The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder must be present at check-in.
• Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.

Early Bird

• Full payment for the entire stay is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
• Reservations cannot be cancelled, amended, or adjusted after booking.
• Failure to arrive on the reservation date will result in cancellation of the booking without refund or credit.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional discounts, vouchers, or special rates.
• The name on the reservation must match the name on the payment card. The cardholder must be present at check-in.
• Once your stay has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued for unused nights.

Summer Saver

• Minimum of 2 night stay applicable.
• First night Non-Refundable payment is required at the time of booking.
• Reservations may be cancelled or amended up until 2pm the day prior to your arrival with the first night non refundable payment forfeited.
• If you do not arrive on your reservation date your reservation will be cancelled without refund or credit.
• Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer and is not valid with any other discount.
• Name on the reservation must be the same as the credit cardholder's name and same individual must check-in for the stay.
• If you wish to reduce your nights booked after commencement of your stay with us, we regret that we are unable to refund any monies paid.

Stay4 Save 20%

• Payment for the first night is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

Visitors Policy

• Should you wish to register your visitors as guests for the day and have them use or enter the park’s pools, waterpark and all recreational facilities or areas, a $20 per person charge will apply. This includes spectators.
• Please enquire at Reception prior should you wish to have visitors and would like them to be registered to use the Park. Limits do apply.
